Impressive
The quality and fit of the trousers is really excellent. My husband now has 3 pairs. Delivery is extremely fast, especially considering that they come from Germany. His latest delivery came within 36 hours. If you should need to return them the process is relatively simple (mostly several copies of paperwork!) and they have local collection points. Refund was completed within three days.

Comfort fit
I was concerned that comfort fit would be too roomy (as I'm quite slim) but it was just right, not baggy around the thigh or hips but with a bit of extra room around the lower leg. I find that modern fit a bit too tight as it clings to my legs when I sit down.
Nice material and colour as well.
I am a short person who has leg measurement of 28. This means when I buy a pair I have to have then shortened. If you offered a shortening service or better a leg measurement of 28, I would have bought 2 pairs instead of 1.
OK, I am not your average size when I take 32 / 28 not 32/30 and so would not be economically viable.
A great buying experience
I reordered the same design as previously bought a few years ago. Delighted to find that nothing has changed and the sizing was exactly the same. My husband is very difficult to please, so a great relief.

I was disappointed by these trousers. I have bought a number of pairs before and always been pleased with them. However this pair looks crumpled and unsightly as soon as I put them on. The material seems to have no body.

Sizing and returns need to be improved
The sizing is very hard to get right. I am a 38" waist and yet there was no way the two pairs of trousers I had bought would fit me as they were far too small. I then ordered 42" waist trousers and they were too big. I have now ordered 40" waist trousers and I hope they will fit me!
Also the returns procedure is not right. UPS UK do not accept the commercial return invoice that is provided with the box containing the trousers. This causes a hold up in the customs and the return and money back is delayed.

With reference to you the commercial return invoices we would like to inform you that since Brexit it can sometimes happen that some returns may take longer to arrive. Due to the customs procedures, our carrier UPS is doing their utmost to deal with all the problems and adversities of bureaucracy. As Great Britain is no longer part of the European customs union, it can happen that the delivery time is a little bit extended due to these customs procedures.

Great service, very nice. I find a lack of consistency in Meyer’s sizes, e.g. one pair of size 24 fits, another in the same size is larger or smaller. However, Meyer is always easy to return and get the larger or smaller size.
The first order was wrong (our fault) Return and refund was very quick and easy. Re-order arrived within 3 days and is perfect. My husband likes Meyer’s trousers, they look good, are hard wearing and offer plenty of colour choice. We will be going back to them.

I would buy more trousers directly from Meyer; however, the size range on their website is limited.
I can buy Meyer trousers in my size (50/32) form retailers in the UK but NOT directly from Meyer.
Why is this?
Great trousers but they should be at that price
Think that the construction, material, colour and finish are all excellent, however I do think that they are somewhat overpriced which means the perception of value is not great
Jeans look great & are a great fit but I have two pairs of Meyer M5 9-6209 jeans, both of which have gone in the crotch area after less than 2 years of irregular wear. These are £140 jeans and should be much better quality for that price. I have a couple of pairs of Levi’s which have lasted much longer without showing any signs of wear.

Ordering via online was very easy. Delivery was prompt with good information flow. Trousers are excellent quality and fit
Trousers are fine but return through ups was awful; location of return office in wells, Somerset was incorrect, the new location was at Shepton-mallet but not adequately signed.
If you select the correct trouser type you get a perfect fit whatever your shape. Also they are a very good quality garment.
Have over 15 pairs of Meyer shorts and trousers and I am delighted with these Coolmax jeans, the first I have bought.
