Great for muesli, nuts and seeds.
I mostly buy muesli from Wilton as the quality is very good and they are one of the few firms that sell it in decent quantities and don't fill it with sugar. I also buy a variety of nuts and seeds from them for similar reasons. The prices are good, particularly if you're willing to buy slightly larger quantities. Delivery is very prompt and I particularly like the fact that they use recycled packaging. The only negative I can think of is that they don't sell ground flaxseed/linseed.

Lovely products, particularly the 1kg bag mixed dried fruits.
I first came across Wilton Wholefoods on a trip to Salisbury where they had a huge market stall. I bought some goods to take home on the train and they said that they sell their goods online too. The prices were very good, they had a huge range and quality of products excellent.
I have just received my first online order which arrived promptly, delivery costs low and had everything I'd ordered.
I particularly like the 1kg mixed dried fruit salad bag which has a great variety of fruits and goes a long way.

Great range of products, speedy delivery and sensible prices
I was searching for a particular ingredient (green peppercorns in brine) that I just couldn't find anywhere. That's how I found Wilton Wholefoods. I was impressed with the range of other foods and ingredients and ordered other things too.
They arrived very quickly - enabling me to cook a particular recipe when the family was all at home.

It is hard to improve on Excellence. Product quality, presentation and delivery are, in my experience, uniformally without issue.
Maybe the area given over for direct collection could be made a little more professional, less warehousey, more customer friendly, but perhaps it doesn't warrant this financially on throughput grounds.
Personally, buying for gluten free purposes, ground almonds in 3 kg size would be good as the catering 10kg packs are not domestically realistic: it's understood that selection of product for bulk sizes are based very much on usual demand.

There’s muesli and there’s Wilton muesli
We get a weekly delivery of organic fruit and vegetables. One week earlier this year they inadvertently included a bag of muesli. We hadn’t paid for it but that didn’t stop me trying it. I expected it to be similar to yours and I thought that maybe I’d change my allegiance, not because of any dissatisfaction with you but just out of convenience. Well, here I am again, sticking with your muesli. What a huge disappointment that other stuff was. Yuck!

Yummy healthy food
I ordered food from Wilton's and it was a great success. Some items I ordered were bottled fruit in alcohol to have on hand for easy desserts - to add to ice-cream. Also what will be a regular order: "Breakfast Boost" - a large pack of dried fruit, nuts and seeds that I top on my yoghurt and fresh fruit every morning and it's delicious - I'm on my second order of that. I also got some blanched peanuts - a nice healthy snack for when my grandson comes to visit.

It was therefore disappointing to find twp bags had disbursed the oats into the packaging.... however... you redeemed yourselves immediately with apologies, explanation and refund.. so I really cannot complain and will certainly use the Company again.... I went online to order my favourite 25kg bag of jumbo oats, but none was in stock. I left my email and phoned them to ask if they knew when it would be back in. The lady said in about two days. Within an hour of the phone call, I had an email to say they were back in stock now.
I recieved my order quite quickly and it was well packed. I see you have pulses and beans in stock which will enable me to order them in future. Just received our most recent purchase of dried Cranberries. Same great quality as always, with good service and quick delivery. A small improvement, could the items, sultanas, raisins, cranberries etc be supplied in re-sealable bags. I have to re-package the items into sealable bags to ensure I can maintain the quality, having to dispose of the existing packages does create an amount of potentially un-neccessary waste

Repeat ordering is usually very simple, but it does not create a repeat order at all if any product of the previous order is currently out of stock.
It would be useful if it created a new order with the products which are available, and drew attention to what is missing.
On this occasion, the one item that was out of stock from the list on my previous order was available in a different pack size, so it would have been much more convenient to create the order with the other lines, and then I could choose to add the different pack size of the missing item, or what ever else I wanted to do. As it was, I had to re-enter the whole order.

Unable to buy pickling spice in my town I turned to internet ,I soon found Wilton and they lived up to reviews ,reasonably priced large tub of pickling spice ,will last ages ,arrived in a couple of days well packed ,well definitely use again A friend had the same problem and I told her about Wilton ,she has recieved hers and is thrilled with them

I have used Wilton Wholefoods for quite a few years now, in particular for ordering dried, multi-variety peppercorns. It is so good to be able to order a decent quantity, 400g tubs, instead of the tiny bottles available from supermarkets.
The whole ordering process is simple, and delivery is extremely prompt.
