Wilton Wholefoods always comes over as a smooth, well-run operation and it's hard for a customer to find anything that could be done better. Products are good quality too. Half of us being gluten-free and there are occasional products that we'ld prefer in 2, 3 maybe 5 kg quantities rather then 10kgs (ground almonds, notably), but nothing else springs to mind. I've been asked by others for lactose free stuff before, but can see that you steer clear of liquids like oat milk.

Excellent Premium Products
We have recently moved house away from the Salisbury area, and we always had a great day out visiting the market on Saturday specifically to buy from the Wilton stand. Now that we are too far away to shop there, we have just had our first delivery from our online order. Excellent service and delivery. Highly recommend this company. Very good quality wholefoods, superior premium products better than well known high street retail shops.

Top quality dried peaches at an outstanding price!
If you buy desiccated fruit in a supermarket these days - the product has had water added in order to make the product ‘ready to eat’. The product I’d therefore heavier than it needs to be and you have less fruit in your purchase. The product tends to have a slimy texture. I’m quite able to add my own water to dried fruit.. Wilton’s products are all properly desiccated and of an extremely good quality. I so wish I’d discovered Wilton’s product earlier and I’d advise anyone who appreciates quality to look at their extensive range.
The Wilton website is beautifully illustrated and easy to use and I cannot imagine how this company could improve on what is an outstanding online supplier of Wholefoods.

This was my second order from Wiltons and will not be the last.
A good range of quality products at favourable prices. Quick delivery via Royal Mail I ordered on the 3rd June 2026 arrived 5th June 2026.
I particulary like the glace cherries they are not full of that sticky syrup.
The Baharat spice is a new one to me, not tried it yet but will review at a later date.

I always purchase a bulk bag of organic rolled jumbo oats.
The process on line is easy as I have an account.
Wilton whole foods are very efficient at expediting the order.
Normal carrier is DPD and usually takes 2 days and not expensive.
So I have my order in 3 days when in stock.
This is an excellent service provided by Wilton whole foods, I cannot see where this could be improved thank you.

Pricing of products and delivery is very competitive. I am a small commerical baker and love that my ingredients come well packaged in containers that I can stack and store easily. I reuse the containers to store seeds (which I buy in bulk). Seeds are of a superior quality to other similarly priced products out there. I love that this is a small company 'going the extra mile'. Ever since I popped into the office, when passing Salisbury, I get a smiley face signed by Kirstie on my box. It cheers me up every time my orders arrive!

I loooove this! I had to buy a bulk because I've been going to the store and it's disappointing it's unavailable most of the time. I bought some to bring to my family when I go on holiday but it's not even a month yet and we finished half the bag already. It's moreish and fresh and definitely better quality than Aldi's. Products are excellent quality, never ever feels like the 'cheap' version of anything, even though it's usually cheaper than other places! Mango in particular is delicious. Buying in bulk suits me so I appreciate that larger amounts are available, as otherwise I have ended up buying several separate smaller quantities of an item and the plastic waste aspect of this irritates me. Delivery is very reasonable, and quick, and items are always packed with care. My only suggestions for improvement would be for the website to be refreshed, particularly the search function, and to investigate whether items could be packaged in a more environmentally aware way - not sure if compostable plastic is suitable for food usage, but potentially an option?

They are also the only people I know who sell the Green Lentils that have become an essential ingredient in certain dishes now - oh, and who can resist a cheeky Kilo of Desperado Mix tagged on the order?

First time ordering. I bought dark chocolate coffee beans (slight addiction to these!) and Wilton whole foods came up as the best price on google search so gave them a go. The delivery was really speedy and everything was well packaged in recyclable materials. The beans themselves came in 110g bags rather than my normal 500g which is fab as I can take them out with me for ‘emergency purposes’ lol plus it means they stay fresher for longer too. I ordered 10 packs and they were still cheaper than the previous big bag I have bought elsewhere in the past.
I have taste tested and the coffee bean has a nice crunch, strong flavour but not bitter and the dark chocolate melts in the mouth. They also had a good date on them.
I plan to order again when I’ve eaten these!

I remembered that I had bought items a few times from this company but had forgotten about it. Their website is excellent and consequently everything is clear and easy to identify. It makes shopping online a delight. So much choice and some interesting produce which has moved with the times and the pattern of healthier eating. I could have ordered so much more. Your despatch and packaging is amazing. Other suppliers have sent us burst open products in damaged boxes. Your boxes are always super secure and well packed. I trust that everything ordered will arrive safely.

Particularly liked the fact that they put an additionsl sticker on the front of the parcel with my specific delivery instructions! The items were in a suitably sized package, neat and tidy, no excessive cardboard.
Service from start to finish was very straight forward. Received update emails as my order progressed too.
But best of all, the five flake muesli base I ordered is delicious! Ordered smallest oack - just to try it - but would happily order the 3kg bag next time.

Ground Rice - found at last!
I make shortbread - it’s my thing - using my Grandmother’s recipe and it requires Ground Rice - which is impossible to find locally. Wilton Wholefoods to the rescue - fabulous quality, speedy delivery and this time I ordered Roasted Peanuts and Broken Brazil Nuts as well - great quality - simple clear packaging - definitely doing their best to minimize unnecessary wastage. Next order will include another ‘try’ from their list!
