When we received this item it was well packaged and looked good, however after opening it was NOT air tight it was just wrapped in a plastic bag which is very disappointing. My disabled son has a very strict and clean eating diet and I'm worried it might have got something in there so I really will have to go though a whole 10kgs of almond flour to make sure nothing gets through. I will have to reconsider if I buy here again. 🥺

Very easy to use website and also to phone to ask about restocking questions etc as felt like personal service. The items I asked about were just being unpacked and would be put on website in 30 mins. I was advised to try to add them to my order after that time. This all worked perfectly. Also my full order of around 14 herbs and spices tubs arrived two days later and almost a week earlier than I had expected. Thank you to the team, I love my refreshed herbs / spice cupboard and I shall be back soon.

Great to be able to order online!
Thrilled to find that we could order online - usually buy at Salisbury Market but don't go there much at this time of year. Very quick service and everything I needed was in stock. Just one tiny complaint - one of the packets of wheat brain was not completely sealed and had spilled over everything else in the box, so we had to wipe all the contents and then transfer the loose bran from the cardboard box to a container. Not a big issue but just thought you should know!

On line ordering saves the bacon
Great that you have on line ordering! I visited your stall at Salisbury Market and despite having a shopping list failed to buy my wife's favourite breakfast muesli. I realised my omission when I got home...but too late I thought until I visited your websit and ordered the forgotten cereal!
Zero to hero in an instant!
The muesli arrived within a couple of days and ensured there was break in the breakfast enjoyment.

Excellent quality available mail order
I love muesli but all the regular brands are pretty poor quality and the few decent brands around are either very expensive or not to my taste. I came across Wilton in a farm shop earlier this year and was very impressed but nobody stocks it near where I live. Having now used up our stock of the regular nasty stuff, I found that Wilton do mail order, so life has just moved up a notch!

Wilton Wholefoods (WW) offers an attractively wide range of unprocessed and minimally processed foods and foodstuffs.
I am a little disappointed with the slightly awkward way in which the WW website works - it could be designed to allow the user far greater ease to move directly to different areas around the site without working a way through the hierarchy of menus.

Everything well packed with care, and arrives in pristine condition, very reasonable prices, great communication right to the moment it is delivered to your door, what else could you ask for? very good product, the sultanas were very fresh and the delivery time was less than 48hrs as is normal for wilton wholefoods. A great company to deal with, and the staff are very helpful.., which is what we all need AND when one phone's the company one gets to speak to a Person!!!! which is very refreshing. Best Value All Round!
I always buy my nuts and dried fruit from Wilton Wholefoods as it's very good value for money and products are excellent. I also like how the delivery cost is visible each time you add an item to your basket so you can get the best deal on delivery. The website is very easy to use, communication is excellent and dispatch & delivery is swift.

Good quality and good service
Fast, efficient, easy to use ordering system, quick delivery and choice of couriers. The food is good quality and comes in decent sizes/quantities so you don't have loads of fiddly little tiny plastic packets. You also get a choice to have recycled packaging for the delivery. If only it were zero waste it would be perfect!

I was on an email waiting list for angelica, which I couldn’t find to purchase anywhere. Arrival dates were given and updated. When it arrived in stock earlier than the date given, I received an email straight away. Delivery instructions were clear and I was kept informed as to where my order was in the system.

I left two items off my order by mistake so emailed on a Sunday afternoon to see if anything could be done. I got an instant reply fm the CEO who was immensely helpful and my order all arrived sooner than I expected and very well packed. The food is really excellent quality too.

So glad I found this firm during lockdown. If something good came out of Covid, this was it for me. Their wholefoods and customer service are second to none.
I love the way that as you add items to your basket you can see what postage you are going to pay.

Another excellent delivery from Wilton Wholefoods
We have been buying dried fruit, nuts and seeds from Wilton for several years and have always found their goods to be of the highest quality and their service and delivery excellent. We’re especially fond of the dried figs and the Ma Baker giant flapjacks.

Always great products and service from Wilton Whole foods. There was a bag of seeds in my delivery which was ripped but it was well packed and I did witness how the delivery was handled when being DROPPED off🥴

Had to go without my favorite Muesli…
Had to go without my favorite Deluxe Muesli for a couple of weeks while we moved house. I eat 40 kilos per year ... sounds a lot but it's only 100 grammes per day. So pleased to receive my first delivery to the new house. Great Muesli. Great service

Have used the flour for all home baking. Excellent results from a bread machine and hand baking. Love the creamy caramel colour of the unbleached white four. Delicious flavour and texture from the strong organic stoneground. Wholesome and filling.
