I have just fitted front and rear gel plates with UK & union flag to the rear of my new vehicle, I was seeking visually simple plates without the selling dealer details. While not the cheapest option out there, I have exactly what I wanted visually and of appears to be a far better quality than other plates I have had previously and the turnaround was fast and efficient. I am therefore pleased and would definitely recommend!

I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding level of customer service I received. Despite the clear warning on the website not to leave a space in the registration plate, a warning I unfortunately overlooked not once, but three times, I also submitted two separate requests to customer service to correct this. To make matters worse, my first correction request still included the same mistake with the spacing. Even though the terms and conditions clearly state that registration plate errors cannot be amended or refunded after an order is placed, the team went above and beyond. They took the time to correct my mistake anyway, ensuring everything was amended properly, and still managed to deliver the order on time. This level of flexibility, understanding, and commitment to helping the customer is truly exceptional. It is rare to find a company that will step outside its own policies just to ensure a positive customer experience. What more could you ask for from customer service? Honestly, I am almost tempted to change the personalisation again, purely because of how impressed I am with the service, alongside the very fair pricing. What do you want more from customer Service? I looked at a few sites (UK) and all offered similar plates / customisation. Some were relatively simple but others were difficult to navigate and give little confidence of what the final end-product would look like. Whilst PFC were a little more expensive (hence 4 out of 5 stars) I found the ordering platform very professional and inspired confidence. In particular, the facility to customise and 'view' the plates at each stage, made the process very straightforward. Carriage from Eire (I hadn't realised this at the time) was expensive so I chose the cheapest option, which suggeted around 7 days for delivery (I wasn't in any great hurry) but they arrived in 2-3 days anyway. An all-around pleasant experience, so a big thanks to the PFC team.

The only place where I order my plates from and the best out there. 6 years on and no fading or bubbling of any sort whereas buying from Halfords had them changed twice in a year and paid more. Don’t go for the cheaper options and order from PFC you will do yourself a big favour and save yourself from any disappointment.

It should be more like 100 out of 10 stars !!quality and service is amazing The quality is the best on the market , the number plates are like glass , no imperfections or orange peel etc Bought some for my 1989 Ford escort and since then I will always use PFC , thanks guys

I’ve ordered three sets of number plates from this company over the years, and until now I’ve always had a great experience. The quality of the plates has been excellent, which is why I came back again for my latest order. Unfortunately, this time I also ordered a fixing kit, but it wasn’t included with my delivery. I contacted customer service expecting either the missing item to be sent out or for us to come to a solution. Instead, I was simply told they would refund the fixing kit. While I appreciate the refund, it wasn’t really the point. I needed the fixing kit to fit my new plates, so I still had the inconvenience of sourcing one elsewhere, which delayed getting them fitted. A simple replacement being sent out would have been much better customer service. It’s a shame, because the product itself is still great, but this experience has let them down. I’d still recommend them for the quality of their plates, but I hope they improve how they deal with issues like missing items in future.

I had to order a new set of plates for my neighbour's car before I could take it for it's MOT and was able to order them exactly to his specifications and they comply with UK legislation. The PFC site is easy to use, I was able to "virtually" design and display the plates to screenshot and send to my neighbour for his approval. Once satisfied, I ordered and I received them within 24 hours, securely packaged and in good condition. I had also ordered my choice from a good range of fixings for the plates to the car. PFC's communications were excellent, as was their choice of courier which delivered promptly according to their schedule. Overall, the quality is good, prices are competitive and you get what you order, brilliant. Great service and very satisfactory. Thank you very much.

Good choice of styles, everything explained in a clear manner, I could order fixings too, and all was very promptly delivered. Happy to recommend them, and would use again myself in the future should the need arise.

i have been using this company for a long time now i have a few vehicle and am constantly changing them and the plates .i receive them on time everytime and am sent emails when they left the depot and when i receive them. super happy

Plate generating tool is easy and intuitive to use and the plates, when they arrive are great quality. When swapping between plate types would be good to keep the previous data, it may be something I am doing but when switching I lost all the inputs which is a bit of a pain!

Great service, all the options and styles you could ask for. I’ve tried a number of different cheaper suppliers on eBay, and they would always get my request wrong. SO glad I found platesforcars…I will continue to use them from now on!

Got exactly what I wanted and got them delivered quickly. Fast manufacture and the use of a reliable courier company meant I got the plates rapidley and in the exact 1 hour time slot the courier promised to deliver them

Excellent number plates with my personal number attached and logo Would like the emails to response a bit quicker when I had a problem downloading my attachment But o their then that highly recommend

I really like the options available which other suppliers don’t offer. The quality is spot on and delivery fast. You pay for the service but it’s worth it!

Perfect Plates. No blisters bumps or badly positione numbers . Total care taken to make plates . More exspensive to buy than the competition but worthwhile knowing the plates are made so well. Excellent communication and prompt delivery. Overall excellent. Thank you

Good quality plates with a guarantee delivered quickly. They were more expensive than some on the net but I decided to go with these presuming they were a better quality plate. Like the fact that there is no large black manufacturer name at the bottom, it’s pale grey, very small at the right hand bottom corner. Have already recommended to a friend and would use them again.

Well what can I say so easily and pick your plates the way you want them no hassle and a great price plates and delivery can’t stop using them. Brilliant well done the way it should be thank you .
