Excellent service
order arrived, on the next day-Monday to Tuesday, was not a big order, came to £26 in all, which was very reasonable, after I priced the same (technical pencil and 3 tubes of leads) with another company in London at £36 plus postage. Saved £14 !!!
Interesting catalogue, but I was rather sorry that nothing else was needed from.
This was a 1st purchase and I would recommend them to all in graphics industry who are their main customers I believe

Poorly Designed and Manufactured GraphicPro A2 Drawing Board
Poorly designed and manufactured GraphicPro A2 Architect Drawing Board ref. GPDBA2
1. Set square slides under perspex edge of parallel motion so board cannot be used in any of the raised angle positions - this is due to the poor design not providing any resistance to the action of the straight edge lifting above/away from the board.
2. Where the perspex edge is attached to the aluminium section by four screws each of the holes have burr on the perspex which scrapes on and catches the bottom edge of the drawing material - this is due to poor manufacture.

Dear Sir,
I am sorry that you are not happy with the drawing board you purchased. We have supplied many of these over the years and not had any issues.
We would be more than happy to arrange a collection of the board and give you a refund for this (hopefully you still have the packaging) . Please let me know if you would like to do this and we can arrange this next week.
Happy to have a chat on the telephone next week to discuss.
Regards
Chris

I really like the things I wanted that they had in stock, but their are things that weren't in stock that I'll be buying at a later date (a couple of weeks later), otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.
