Very expensive shipping and returns is also by own cost. Ridiculous for lingerie, I had to return due to wrong size but won't be ordering again.

I still have NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL can you please help me, I've tried getting in touch with FedEx but that's a bit of a nightmare. They have said it's been delivered and signed for by a D Simpson, but It's only me that lives at the delivery address I'd be EXTREMELY grateful for your company's help please. John..
