Return/refund

I have sent a return approx. a week ago and have still not heard from you re. receiving it or the refund being credited to my account. I wanted to buy more items but this is very improbable now. You have no exchanges, you charge for returns and you delay processing of returns considerably, plus your answer to my previous comment on returns and exchanges was unprofessional. Bad customer support all around!
