You have to spend £75 to get free delivery, but you give a £5 voucher off the first order if you create an account. I ordered 2 jackets to get free delivery but when you add the voucher it comes below £75 then you charge £4.50 delivery. It’s a bit off a con.

Very rude staff need training in customer relations
I telephones and was put through to an extremely rude woman who not only talked over me while I was trying to speak but was being extremely evasive as to why my order was over a week in delivery. It got to the point where she refused to answer my question with silence and left me hanging on Until she hung up. I will avoid this company and also put bad reviews on other websites such as trust pilot the website expresses it wants to satisfy the customer, but the Telephone receptionist dealt with my enquiry was rude evasive and did not answer. Why my delivery.
