Product Cancelled with no explanation
I bought a walking backpack on 7th March. There was no movement in the order so I reached out for a progress report on 16th March. On the same day Alpine Trek informed me this had been processed and was ready to be dispatched. On 18th March I contacted again for a status update. The order was then cancelled with no explanation given. Refund is expected within a few days - I look forward to having to chase this up too.

I sent some clothes back because they were the wrong size and I’ve not had confirmation that they have been accepted still waiting on that reply and also I did ask if he could send me the same style but shorter leg

Your website is a nightmare to navigate post putting product into basket. Pages don't appear consistently, sometimes not at all. When they do they are compressed to the right hand of the screen. I use a standard Microsoft MS and do not have this problem with anyone else. It ruins the purchasing experience ( I nearly gave up!)
