Some gorgeous fragrance oils at Cosy Owl! Some of them work really well, but others don’t seem to work at all in my candles. The ones that work are beautiful and strong though. Delivery takes a while and is expensive which stops me from ordering more often. Would like to see some screw top lidded amber glass jars in the containers section. Love the quality of the wicks and the general variety of products at Cosy Owl.

The only constructive thing I could say is that sometimes the pricing is a little strange. For example, it can be cheaper to buy 2 x 500ml bottles of the same fragrence rather than a 950ml bottle and 2 x 250ml bottles of the same fragrence rather than a 500ml bottle

As a first time customer didn't feel like there was much care there for me to return! It's taken a week for order to be delivered. I had to chase to see if my order had actually gone astray as took a while for any acknowledgement that it was being picked! The reply was very basic. Ordered elsewhere quicker time scale and nicer customer service unfortunately they do not do the fragrances some of my customers are requiring. I await the parcel and decide if I wish to go through this long process again for the scents or try elsewhere! I appreciate this is busy time of year but friendlier approach would of been more appreciated or maybe the business so big what's one new customer going to do for them?!
