Brought the Ikala treggings. Loved the pull on trouser. Fabric quality very good. Fitted perfectly for me as I am short. First pair I brought in Dubai so that was the first time I came across this brand . They are expensive but didn’t stop me buying a second pair in the uk. I will always look out for this brand for my golf clothing but probably in the sale

The customer experience of Kjus online is just really awful. Slow, laborious and not customer friendly. Needs some serious work.
Sizes all over the place.
Contact emails wrong
Ability to return goods not easy at all
Expensive postage to the UK
A real shame as the products are fantastic and if the experience was easier I would use it / spend more.

I think the dispatch and delivery needs improved as I am still awaiting delivery despite ordering on 24th September. Also the tracking number I have been given is not recognised by the courier.
