Ordered over 7 days ago, very poor communication, was supposed to be delivered yesterday, no communication to tell me not been delivered Went into UPS website and had to go through it to find parcel sent out to wrong area Back into system this morning as had no email notification, according to website due to be delivered today by 2.30pm. Nit hear as yet Sent email to kjus not a reasonable response IMO no help whatsoever

Poor availability of common sizes. I have a big fan of the quality and technical aspects of the Kjus range. However I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to purchase a pair of trousers (due to limited size availability) for over a year now. The common sizes seem permanently out=of-stock. I have no issue if you use introduce and out-of-stock facility where an order can be taken but delivery maybe a number of weeks down the line. I feel as a passionate customer the website offers much but often delivers little.

I like your golf clothing so no issues there…when you make a return it would help if your nominated collection point was able to actually accept the return item instead of saying there app to be a technical glitch and we can’t help you…obviously pretty disappointing to the customer…
