The ordering and products are very good. The shipping (using UPS) and tracking information has a large room for improvement. I find Kjus/UPS, communication is poor compared to other couriers, especially as Kjus market their selves as a high end/value product. Aligned with other couriers, why are: - Updates not sent, advising day of delivery. - An estimate (1-hour slot) not provided on the day of delivery. - An ability to reschedule delivery, rather than leaving at a drop shop. Come on Kjus, step-up.

The customer experience of Kjus online is just really awful. Slow, laborious and not customer friendly. Needs some serious work. Sizes all over the place. Contact emails wrong Ability to return goods not easy at all Expensive postage to the UK A real shame as the products are fantastic and if the experience was easier I would use it / spend more.

Bought the shirt as a birthday present for my wife in early April. Wanted the return time from this date but this has been declined by the company. Totally inflexible and shows for Kjus ‘The company is always right’ not the customer.

We are sorry, that we were not able to extend the return police for a month. We always try to make a lot of wishes possible for our clients but are not always able to. We thank you for your understanding.

Order placed on the 8th December with intention to be delivered by 15th December. The express delivery was scheduled and the package came on the 18th. The items/ skiing gloves now are not needed as I left without them. Slow and poor service.

We are sorry, that the delivery was not as hoped. We always try our best to find a solution as fast as possible, but as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, we can only contact UPS and hope on a quick replay and delivery form there on. Thanks for your understanding.
