The item was well received, however it took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite the 5-7 day delivery detailed on the product page. I didn’t get a shipping notification until a week after I placed the order! It was also misleading with a UK address listed, and on a .co.uk website, but it turns out it was being sent from Denmark (which also explains the hefty delivery fee).
Ordered on the 15th Dec but thought the items would arrive in time for Christmas as no indication on the website that the items were coming from overseas. No last date orders for before Christmas notification and I genuinely was disappointed that the website was not more transparent ie .com rather than .co.uk. Deceiving, and consequently the items arrived on 28th December, too late for Christmas

The website says 1-2 days delivery which was not the case. The order was placed on a Saturday and not confirmed until the Tuesday. I had to chase numerous times as it was urgent, and they took the money almost immediately. The courier company failed to load the consignment on the day promised (Friday). They did make up for it by delivery on the next day which was a Saturday.

Wouldn’t post to the Isle of Man after taking payment. Refund received but no reason given. Have just ordered from another UK company who had no issue to post to the Isle of Man

Can’t Review Something That Hasn’t Arrived
Don’t know if the wine rack is any good, because I’ve not received it. Delivery was quoted as 3-7 days, but two weeks later, it’s not arrived.

Well it looks lovely in the picture but 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for it to arrive!
