Our website normally states a delivery time to the UK of 5–7 business days, but as your order was delivered via our external delivery partner, it is important to note that we do not have full insight into their internal booking system. This means we cannot see their routes or shipment queues, which can sometimes result in longer delivery times. We also regret that you did not receive a response after contacting the carrier regarding an earlier delivery or depot collection. This is not the service level we wish for our customers, and it is not representative of their usual standards. In general, they are very professional, which is why we use them for some UK deliveries. We will make sure to communicate your experience to them internally.
