The item was well received, however it took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite the 5-7 day delivery detailed on the product page. I didn’t get a shipping notification until a week after I placed the order! It was also misleading with a UK address listed, and on a .co.uk website, but it turns out it was being sent from Denmark (which also explains the hefty delivery fee).
Ordered on the 15th Dec but thought the items would arrive in time for Christmas as no indication on the website that the items were coming from overseas. No last date orders for before Christmas notification and I genuinely was disappointed that the website was not more transparent ie .com rather than .co.uk. Deceiving, and consequently the items arrived on 28th December, too late for Christmas
Quality wasn’t great, not very stable but the weight on top of the box holds it together (for now!). For price would have expected much better.

Usual issue of e-commerce shops - you place an order, they take your money and then you get an email”Sorry we don’t have this is stock, it’ll be 4-6 weeks”. That wasn’t clear on their website. In which case then give me my money back until it is in stock.

Item arrived damaged!
The item took a while to arrive and after paying £11 for postage I expected it to arrive adequately wrapped up. Sadly it arrived in a flimsy envelope with the bubble wrap all squashed this meant that the item arrived with its box crushed! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift so this was very disappointing. Especially as the item is so expensive.

"easy to assemble' doesn't quite do it for me - better instructions with tips to make it easier would be appreciated. It was a pig of a task - but the end result is perfectly satisfactory.
