I have found the service from Love Kate’s to be very good. For the first time, this time there was a slight issue with the address the card was sent to, that was rectified with no problem and the card was still received in time.

Fantastic customer service and, really fast ordering and delivery. Lovely to have the message on the card I ordered actually hand written and the card itself was brilliant, really good quality. Will definitely be ordering again.

Both my recent orders were easy to place online, they were sent out straightaway and I was kept informed by email when they’d been dispatched. Both orders were really well packaged. I was delighted with the goods I’d ordered.

Just need to sort out buying from abroad for delivery in the U.K. Th website doesn’t allow foreign billing addresses even if the bank account used to pay for the goods is in the UK. Nevertheless the Card arrived quickly.

The company always offers great service, and recognises its customers who order regularly by sending them money off coupons. I never feel that my purchases are taken for granted which is quite something in these times.

Very broad range of cards and other greetings-related ephemera. Delivery always exceedingly prompt. Order status updated regularly and promptly. Packaging first-class - never had a dent, ding or even a bent card.

Love getting cards from Love Kate’s they are always so lovely and such good quality. The customer service is brilliant and the cards are sent quickly and put in a cardboard envelope so they never get damaged.

Was able to buy a very nice selection of cards for different occasions and get free postage. The cards were well packaged, no chance of them getting bent in transit. Will buy from Love Kates in future.

Due to a mix up with delivery details from both myself and Royal Mail Love Kate's resolved the problem and ensured the card was resent and gratefully received at the correct address Such good service

The card arrived on time and was well packaged which was good because one corner was bent,this did not affect the card. I knocked off one star because I thought the card would be bigger than it was.
