Totally disappointed. I placed an order on the 12th of June and it was expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days, I understand that sometimes orders can be delayed but as of today (24th of June) the order has not arrived at its destination. I contacted them and they did not give me any kind of solution. They only asked for patience and understanding. I asked for my money back and it was not given. I will not order any more.

Kate's really replaced the musical card very quickly because it made a buzzing sound when the turn was paying. However, the replacement, has th same problem, but I had to use it because it was for a proj4ct I have to complete for college end of June. So it's quality control that has to be looked into.

Nice range of cards and quick delivery but it was disappointing to find one of the cards was damaged on arrival

Correspondence, letting us k is when cards are posted. And quick action when they don’t arrive.
