The experience was good and the platform is well done I think. But I believe the commission taken is outraging. More than 30% just on the rental part. I believe it's too much. In Europe, regarding the price of a week of rental, it seems abusive as you also have gas and parking to pay in some areas. The price reflect a semi-luxury experience, that cost the same as renting an apartment, when in reality, you are living in a van. It doesn't add up.

Our trip to Europe ( Italy, Austria and Germany was amazing! We saw beautiful sights and tasted amazing food, we went places that we wouldn’t have done if we didn’t rent a motorhome, we were able to change plans easily and never had a hard time finding overnight parking( most nights were free!! Such a bonus. The owner was so helpful and ready to answer all my questions! Would do it again!!

Everything works perfectly, from selecting a car to signing a contract, and the interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Thanks to the creators and developers.

Looked on Goboony, booked at Indie campers at Catania Sicily and found out that Yescapa was in the middle. During check in at Indie found out that proces did not match but indie and Yescapa redirected too each other. In the end a day before start of the trip it apperead that indie did not had their money and they solved the issue. Yescapa dit nothing, only answered me in french on an english mail that they were sory.

Yescapa this is a great service that provides services that no other sites can provide. the only thing missing is the ability to sort search results, for example by price

The rental process is very easy.

Our experience with Yescapa was extremely poor. The pickup location for the camper was incorrect, which caused us to lose both time and money, as we had to take an Uber to the actual location, which we essentially had to figure out ourselves. When we arrived at the Roadsurfer office, they initially refused to rent us the camper because they claimed that my driving licence had not been issued by a country accepted by the company. However, when I made the reservation through Yescapa, I provided all the required information and uploaded photos of my licence. This caused us further delays and additional expenses, as I had to pay for an international driving licence validation. Communication was also very poor. We were basically unable to get in touch with anyone to ask our questions or receive assistance regarding the issues we encountered.

I had a breakdown in Spain, having rented from Portugal, and the service I received was speedy and professional - was very impressed. They were always very responsive.

I rent an RV in Portugal, after less than 2 hours it broke down. Didn’t got any communication form Yescapa didn’t got and alternative vehicle or solution and not response for 18 hours. They don Have any support or solution for issues with car you’re renting
