The entire process of using your app—right up until we received the vehicle from the owner (a private individual, not a professional, by your definition)—was excellent and praiseworthy. However, once a problem arose with the motorhome we rented—specifically, an unbearable odor emanating from the fridge that proved impossible to eliminate despite our many attempts—your response was shameful. You left me to deal with the owner on my own. Fortunately, the owner was decent enough to help us secure a replacement caravan, sticking as closely as possible to the terms of my original deal with you so that our trip wouldn't be further ruined. Despite all this, we experienced a significant downgrade regarding the motorhome, which undoubtedly detracted from the quality of our trip. I would not recommend your platform to my friends; it is better to rent from a large, established motorhome rental company that is committed to taking responsibility—especially when payments for insurance upgrades and final cleaning have been made in advance. I am certain that the hefty commission you charge both parties is sufficient to cover such extreme cases and provide quick, effective solutions—befitting the responsible, generous organization you claim to be—without categorizing owners based on their level of professionalism. As the end customer, the renter needs to know they are fully covered at all times, and that the money they saved for what is likely a once-in-a-lifetime trip won't go to waste.

The experience was good and the platform is well done I think. But I believe the commission taken is outraging. More than 30% just on the rental part. I believe it's too much. In Europe, regarding the price of a week of rental, it seems abusive as you also have gas and parking to pay in some areas. The price reflect a semi-luxury experience, that cost the same as renting an apartment, when in reality, you are living in a van. It doesn't add up.

Our trip to Europe ( Italy, Austria and Germany was amazing! We saw beautiful sights and tasted amazing food, we went places that we wouldn’t have done if we didn’t rent a motorhome, we were able to change plans easily and never had a hard time finding overnight parking( most nights were free!! Such a bonus. The owner was so helpful and ready to answer all my questions! Would do it again!!

Looked on Goboony, booked at Indie campers at Catania Sicily and found out that Yescapa was in the middle. During check in at Indie found out that proces did not match but indie and Yescapa redirected too each other. In the end a day before start of the trip it apperead that indie did not had their money and they solved the issue. Yescapa dit nothing, only answered me in french on an english mail that they were sory.

Yescapa this is a great service that provides services that no other sites can provide. the only thing missing is the ability to sort search results, for example by price

The rental process is very easy.

2nd time I rented from Yescapa. 1st time was good. 2nd time was not. I would avoid their platform if at all possible in the future. The Renter and I agreed on a change, but Yescapa would not allow the change. They tried to spin it like their answer was a good. I found it offensive. I'm not an idiot. Again - I will try every other platform before I try this one again.

Our experience with Yescapa was extremely poor. The pickup location for the camper was incorrect, which caused us to lose both time and money, as we had to take an Uber to the actual location, which we essentially had to figure out ourselves. When we arrived at the Roadsurfer office, they initially refused to rent us the camper because they claimed that my driving licence had not been issued by a country accepted by the company. However, when I made the reservation through Yescapa, I provided all the required information and uploaded photos of my licence. This caused us further delays and additional expenses, as I had to pay for an international driving licence validation. Communication was also very poor. We were basically unable to get in touch with anyone to ask our questions or receive assistance regarding the issues we encountered.

I had a breakdown in Spain, having rented from Portugal, and the service I received was speedy and professional - was very impressed. They were always very responsive.
