Numerous calls to/from Ryan he was always polite, helpful and efficient I must be one of your most undecided customers despite this Ryan came up with a number of alternatives he clearly showed a great deal of patience full credit to yourselves having such a valuable member of staff . Whist I didn’t book anything this time I will be getting back in touch in due course I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan nor LogiTravel

There is a glitch on your website where it wouldn't allow me to add the hand luggage coming back so I've had to book with one hand luggage down on the way back I am hoping that you will be able to rectify this asap

Wonderful customer service
Even as an International client, booking a cruise is always so simple via your wonderful agent Iris Madigo. She is just amazing and one the main reasons we book through Logitravel and not directly from cruise company! The Logitravel portal is not the simplest or easiest one to use but everything works ok and payments & other important stuff are easy to make.

Cruise booking - Very satisfied
Ryan was super helpful when it came to booking a cruise, we actually booked two cruises with him! So helpful and friendly and managed to get the best deals for us, would definitely book with him again.

I first spoke with Ryan King a few weeks ago when he sent me information about a cruise I was interested in. At no point did he ever make me feel pressured into booking and fully understood why I was hesitant. He has bee in touch a few times, again with no pressure and today he has been such a great help in finally arranging a booking . He is very patient and extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as if he can put up with me he's a star.
