The only difference is they charge you for submitting something that you could do yourself for free which is a bit scam like.

I had a panic because I booked a last minute flight to spend time with my terminally ill brother and then realised I couldn’t get a visa in time, so I was bedside myself with dispear. Your system was a huge help.
It was fairly quick & easy but struggled when attaching the photograph but this is more than likely due to dodgy old man syndrome.
