On booking my combined train and air ticket at confirmation of payment I was also told online that the flights were cancelled. This caused some distress as it was too late to contact customer services. WhatsApp media enabled me to contact someone but they essentially told me to contact my local national office. I was concerned but when I got through to customer service they were polite, efficient at reviewing and explaining my booking, then rectified the issue to rebook the flights and trains. Whilst I was frustrated with the online booking message I gained relief talking with the customer service agent.

Very easy and responsive website. We have an extensive trip in Europe and needless to say we visited at least 20 airline sites. Air France is easily the best. It isn’t perfect. But graded on a curve, it’s certainly cleaner. Nicer. Faster than all others. That’s difficult to maintain especially with the product that is dynamically changing each second. (Referring to flights and available seats). So. Good job. What can be improved is the pop out / overlay in the app, at the bottom advertising the application for a credit card. It’s annoying, cannot be closed and it is covering important content that we need to access. That is a massive mistake or may be an over sight?

I think the flight was very good with professional Staff. I think the premium economy should be able to use the toilet next to that cabin and more water bottles issued on such a long flight - hydration super important and also seat belt sign held on majority of flight when not necessary

Everything apart from a video I watched on social media where air hostesses were treating customers especially Nigerians poorly, could you provide me with what really went wrong? I heard from the video that customers were asking for a bottle of water and they refused to give them. One of the air hostesses were seen telling one of the customers to shut up, I think the act is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope such behaviour will not happen during my travelling and please educate your air hostess on how to respect and treat customers. I awaits a prompt response. Thank you Margaret

Hard to get past seat selection

I find their site a bit clunky and it pressures you to pay for extras, like seat selection. To proceed without paying for a seat is right at the bottom, not easy to find.

Painful, difficult to use

The pages often stopped and just showed blank and I had to start again several times. The worst thing was when I finally reached the last step to make payment, I chose pay through bank by trusly? and it was never processed. The system didn't work, my bank app didn't recognise the system or the system was unable to reach my bank system. I tried twice but the time was out, and I had to start from the scratch! It wasted hours of my time. Terrible. I eventually gave up and tried to choose credit card. I didn't want to use credit card because it charges fee, not knowing the option actually include Debit card free of charge. It should be marked clearly on the top menu. Overall, it was very painful to just book a ticket and it is much worse than last year. There should be plenty of things to improve.

Opaque and shabby marketing!

When you send out emails like this: ''We wish you a happy holiday season This holiday season, enjoy a special gift: £80* off your next trip when applying discount code UK80DISC25. Hurry! Offer valid until 17 December 2025''. It would be nice if you put ''only valid from 5 January 2026'' in the subtext. I booked a £1000 flight only to be told that the £80 wasn't available because my flight is on the 3rd! Very shabby, dishonest and opaque marketing.
