The web site is easy to navigate and very clear, my only comment is the insurance offered, needs to be studied as I was not aware that over 65 year old's were uncovered. On my last flight to Belgrade We took the insurance oblivius of this fact. Luckly we noticed at the last minute and did not make any claim when our baggage was delayed by 4 days as it was not loaded in Paris.

A breath of fresh air to fly with Air France. You maintain a service of old, no longer seen on most airlines. Your staff are an absolute credit to you, positive, friendly and hugely helpful . The plane had very decent leg room, well designed seats with phone/iPad holders and up to date charger sockets. Complimentary snacks and drinks were greatly appreciated. All in all, a pleasure all round. Well done!

On booking my combined train and air ticket at confirmation of payment I was also told online that the flights were cancelled. This caused some distress as it was too late to contact customer services. WhatsApp media enabled me to contact someone but they essentially told me to contact my local national office.

Very easy and responsive website. We have an extensive trip in Europe and needless to say we visited at least 20 airline sites. Air France is easily the best. It isn’t perfect. But graded on a curve, it’s certainly cleaner. Nicer. Faster than all others. That’s difficult to maintain especially with the product that is dynamically changing each second. (Referring to flights and available seats). So. Good job. What can be improved is the pop out / overlay in the app, at the bottom advertising the application for a credit card. It’s annoying, cannot be closed and it is covering important content that we need to access. That is a massive mistake or may be an over sight?

Staff. I think the premium economy should be able to use the toilet next to that cabin and more water bottles issued on such a long flight - hydration super important and also seat belt sign held on majority of flight when not necessary

Everything apart from a video I watched on social media where air hostesses were treating customers especially Nigerians poorly, could you provide me with what really went wrong? I heard from the video that customers were asking for a bottle of water and they refused to give them. One of the air hostesses were seen telling one of the customers to shut up, I think the act is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope such behaviour will not happen during my travelling and please educate your air hostess on how to respect and treat customers. I awaits a prompt response.
