Don’t bother requesting a delivery date. Poor service.
Specifically requested that my order was delivered on a certain date as it was a birthday present. This is an option within the ordering process. Received an email from the courier advising that it will be delivered way before the requested date. Contacted the vendor who said they would follow up with the courier to ensure the order arrived on the specified date. The order arrived earlier than requested and was left in such a random place that I had to advise the recipient where it was. They hadn’t seen it when they came home and wouldn’t have unless I’d told them where it was. No idea what the product is like and don’t really care as the whole process has been a shambles.
