DHL really let you down!!! We asked for the wine to be delivered on Friday when placing the order with you so that someone would be at our house. DHL decided to try and deliver on Wednesday before. They advised us this on same day! I changed it with them to Friday for which I received an emailed confirmation from them but they still delivered at 1pm on Wednesday and said that I had signed for it when I was actually at work. They sent me a photo of the 60 year old wine sitting outside my front door in full sunshine on the hottest day of the year. I tried to leave work early and lo and behold the package was missing when I arrived. Two days of arguing with DHL over whatsapp and just a “sorry, we’ll tell the depot”. Now I have to start again with Wine Dancer. First time I have used you for a 60th birthday gift. Not impressed
