I am always apprehensive when buying anything online as you never know what the outcome will be. However, I can honestly say that the Customer Service I experienced with Moonlight Design is one of the best I have ever had. I chose what I wanted, it was delivered within 2 days and the protective packaging meant there was no chance of breakage! Will be looking to purchase more!

The tiffany table lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. However the colours of the lamp were very different to the ones in th e online picture. This lamp was bought specifically to match our existing tiffany ceiling lampshade and colours in the Liiberty material on our settees. The colours are not an a slight variation but totally different. Therefore the picture online is very deceptive .

Excellent and incredibly prompt service for 5 garden drive lamps. The only thing that let them down was their courier company (not their fault therefore..) who piled the entire days deliveries on top of the lamps - even though they were sealed with tape marked "FRAGILE"! Thankfully no damage as the lamps were very well packaged with protective material.

Overall I am happy with the service and the product supplied. However, I was shocked and very disappointed to find in the instructions received with the light that it is, effectively, a throw away item when the bulb fails. This wasn’t obvious on the website.

Integrated LED products are more energy-efficient but we do appreciate that the inability to replace the light source in some products does prove inconvenient and sometimes costly. Ordering the light was very straightforward and arrived as stated. Light was well packaged. There are 2 bolts that hold the light together and 1 of the bolts had no thread so the electrician had to do a bit of creative thinking to repair it. Overall really pleased with my purchase and would recommend Moonlight design.

Found the lights I wanted at a competitive price. Kept informed on delivery, lights arrived quickly and when one arrived missing a part, they were super quick in sending out the extra part; it arrived in the post the day after I contacted them. Excellent customer service, would definitely use Moonlight again.

The lampshades are lovely. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as one of them had a bit of paint on one of the glass panels that I had to scrape off. But that didn't take long and they look great hanging up.
I was very impressed by how quickly they arrived after ordering, and how well-packaged they were.

Prompt reply to query regarding a matching wall light. Goods arrived well packaged although delivery delayed a day as courier notified incorrect address (which it wasn't). Well pleased now light is up.
