The customer service is great. When DPD failed to deliver and refused to provide a contact number, Moonlight was able to get the delivery re-organised within 24 hours (when DPD had initially offered to try again in 5 days time. Their products are lovely as well. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for lighting.

Ordered a lamp. You sent an email stating it was out of stock and would be delivered in November. 2 days later I receive an email stating my lamp has been delivered but it's only the shade, not the lamp! Apparently my account is now closed.... nope. A £100 pound lamp has not been delivered just a shade so I want the base or a refund!

I placed an order for a party. the order was cancelled, and i was refunded,. The merchant did politely email me to explain that it had sold out prior to my purchase and has then been discontinued.
