The site is fairly well organized with an excellent variety of items for sale. One particularly unique category is parts. I recently found one of my pens had a damaged body. Instead of having to buy a new pen (nothing wrong with the cap, nib, or piston), I could replace just the body (which included the piston) for a much more palatable price. I greatly appreciate this online site being able to offer this service. In fact, when I find someone new to the hobby I'm delighted to mention this site to them and show them that buying a pen doesn't mean you are alone on the journey; missing-pen can help you keep your pen working without costly repairs and downtime waiting for the shipping, repair, and shipping cycle to finish. This is a service ALL PEN STORES should offer. They also have some out-of-production pieces. I have been able to add a couple of sets to my collection that I didn't even know existed until I found them here while browsing one evening.
