This is the second product I have purchased from SoBuy, and will not hesitate to order another, if I find something I like among the many innovative products they offer. The first was a kitchen island, and it is attractive and useful. But this product, their FRG109-II-W, Telescopic Clothes Rail FRG109-11-W, has not lived up to my expectations. There appears to be no way to tighten the vertical poles against the ceiling sufficiently to stop them slipping if, for instance, a child tried to swing on them. (As a child might do) However, when I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they fully obliged, and even asked if I'd be willing to keep the product as a gift, to avoid having to arange shipping it back to them. I was happy to accept this offer, and am giving the product a 3-star rating, even thought he product itself is not as good as it should be.

Pleased with shoe box, cushion not great so will get a different one. Disappointed there is no little side drawer and hook it shows on line, assume it must be on a different colour, that is misleading ! Overall for the price it is fine. Ordering and delivery very good. Thank you

Good communication with the company. Prompt delivery and the parcel was left where I requested. The assembly took me quite a long time, but that was due to the fact I don't have a lot of experience. The instructions were clear and the predrilled holes all matched up which helped.

Lovely kitchen island fits perfect in the space in my kitchen to put my mini oven on & handy draw & shelf & cupboard 10/10 only problem was putting it together.

Product visually pleasing and sturdy. Expensive looking. Arrived on time and was relatively easy to assemble with only one tricky area. There was a mistake on instructions regarding pieces, but was easily spotted. Over all, very pleased with this product.

I ordered a chair and realised immediately that I’d ordered the wrong colour. I cancelled within a few minutes of ordering but both chairs still arrived and I had an email saying I had cancelled too late. I could have refused but I did in fact accept a very small refund and kept the second chair. Still unimpressed. The chairs are okay.

The product was good quality, well priced & speedy delivered. However it was not suitable for me & trying to contact them and return proved very difficult.

Easy ordering, good service, attractive well made product. It's always good when everything lines up properly with a flat pack product.

Delivered as promised. Easy to construct, with spare screws etc provided. Nice product - some slight scuffing to edges of some components, but not very visible once constructed. Quality ok for the price.

There was a part missing therefore I have not been able to complete building the item. Awaiting a response from the sales team regarding the missing part

I was so surprised by how quickly my order arrived, and it's such great quality! I ordered a shoe bench in the evening one night, and it arrived a day and a half later, and delivery was free of charge! The instructions were easy to follow, and I'm so happy with the shoe bench, it's better quality than I imagined.

Item was packaged perfectly. All the parts were there plus a few extra screws etc. Instructions were easy to follow so easy to put together. Matched the picture and size exactly as described on the website. Looks great too.

Well made and easily put together. I have no suggestions re improvement as it was all good.
