This is the second product I have purchased from SoBuy, and will not hesitate to order another, if I find something I like among the many innovative products they offer. The first was a kitchen island, and it is attractive and useful. But this product, their FRG109-II-W, Telescopic Clothes Rail FRG109-11-W, has not lived up to my expectations. There appears to be no way to tighten the vertical poles against the ceiling sufficiently to stop them slipping if, for instance, a child tried to swing on them. (As a child might do) However, when I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they fully obliged, and even asked if I'd be willing to keep the product as a gift, to avoid having to arange shipping it back to them. I was happy to accept this offer, and am giving the product a 3-star rating, even thought he product itself is not as good as it should be.

Good communication with the company. Prompt delivery and the parcel was left where I requested. The assembly took me quite a long time, but that was due to the fact I don't have a lot of experience. The instructions were clear and the predrilled holes all matched up which helped.

Delivered as promised. Easy to construct, with spare screws etc provided. Nice product - some slight scuffing to edges of some components, but not very visible once constructed. Quality ok for the price.

I was so surprised by how quickly my order arrived, and it's such great quality! I ordered a shoe bench in the evening one night, and it arrived a day and a half later, and delivery was free of charge! The instructions were easy to follow, and I'm so happy with the shoe bench, it's better quality than I imagined.

Item was packaged perfectly. All the parts were there plus a few extra screws etc. Instructions were easy to follow so easy to put together. Matched the picture and size exactly as described on the website. Looks great too.

Under promised, over delivered. Pre order item arrived early. Easy to assemble. Spindle’s between top shelf and second given a Guildlane pop of gold.

I just love SoBuy! Really, wonderfully German-made furniture and so easy to assemble and fairly priced too in this day and age. Felt my kitchen needed a cheer up and so I bought a lovely kitchen island and two comfy bar stools. They are really great ! Just waiting for my new SoBuy kitchen wooden trolley … the products don’t take long to wait for either ! Good mix of modern on traditional ….

I was hesitant about buying this item after I read some of the reviews but my experience has been very positive. My item arrived on time, was traceable and was well packaged. For an untrained furniture maker I would say expect this to take the majority of the day to make with a fair amount of cursing. However, once assembled, it looks great and is holding my shoes perfectly (UK size 6s and 8s…if you have very large feet you may get less shoes in there). The quality of the wood is robust and it feels sturdy and the paint work has a nice finish. There were a few white scuffs on some of the wood panels but nothing major (pictured on bottom left panel)…with no marks and more descriptive instructions it would have had 5 stars. I would buy from here again.

The trolley arrived on time, the assembly instructions were clear and overall the item is good quality for the ( sale) price. There was slight damage on one of the side pieces and we bought screw covers which improved the finish.

I really like the cupboard the colour grey is lovely i like the height of the cupboard and the materiels used the finish is nice and smooth.

Arrived in 3 days. Easy to put together and looks really good. Small and neat. Room for 6 pairs of shoes and keeps the hallway looking tidy. Nice padded seat to finish the look. Would recommend.
