5* service & Delivery & great Value for Money 5* service & Delivery from Germany,....that was the start, We had ordered the black finished kitchen island on wheels, s/s top with folding extension, 2 draws/4 doors, reading other reviews I am a bit shocked & had I of read them I doubt I would of made purchase, BUT! being flat pack ...🤷🏻off to a great start, 1st class materials, no parts missing, quality control was second to none, the finished item is a credit to the suppler,

Well built kitchen island good finish you need to follow the comprehensive instructions carefully l did put a protective Danish oil to rubber wood worktop l don't know if this was needed but decided on extra protection all in all an excellent buy direct from company rather than a well known site where it was a lot more expensive

Very pleased with the final assembled 2 Draw Storage Bench but it was not straight forward to complete with not enough detailed instructions leaving to trial & error to get to the finished job.

This is the second product I have purchased from SoBuy, and will not hesitate to order another, if I find something I like among the many innovative products they offer. The first was a kitchen island, and it is attractive and useful. But this product, their FRG109-II-W, Telescopic Clothes Rail FRG109-11-W, has not lived up to my expectations. There appears to be no way to tighten the vertical poles against the ceiling sufficiently to stop them slipping if, for instance, a child tried to swing on them. (As a child might do) However, when I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they fully obliged, and even asked if I'd be willing to keep the product as a gift, to avoid having to arange shipping it back to them. I was happy to accept this offer, and am giving the product a 3-star rating, even thought he product itself is not as good as it should be.

Pleased with shoe box, cushion not great so will get a different one. Disappointed there is no little side drawer and hook it shows on line, assume it must be on a different colour, that is misleading ! Overall for the price it is fine. Ordering and delivery very good. Thank you

Very happy with the product and the delivery. I could track the order online and the delivery in real time and it was delivered at the reception as planned.

Good communication with the company. Prompt delivery and the parcel was left where I requested. The assembly took me quite a long time, but that was due to the fact I don't have a lot of experience. The instructions were clear and the predrilled holes all matched up which helped.

Lovely kitchen island fits perfect in the space in my kitchen to put my mini oven on & handy draw & shelf & cupboard 10/10 only problem was putting it together.

Value for money very quick delivery not yet put the item on the wall thank you for the speedy delivery

Product visually pleasing and sturdy. Expensive looking. Arrived on time and was relatively easy to assemble with only one tricky area. There was a mistake on instructions regarding pieces, but was easily spotted. Over all, very pleased with this product.

Took a bit longer than expected to put together but seems strong and solid - only had it for 2 days so can’t give any more feedback

Beautiful Kitchen island Not fully built yet because it was supposed to have 2 locking castors But they were missing

I ordered a chair and realised immediately that I’d ordered the wrong colour. I cancelled within a few minutes of ordering but both chairs still arrived and I had an email saying I had cancelled too late. I could have refused but I did in fact accept a very small refund and kept the second chair. Still unimpressed. The chairs are okay.

Lovely product, quick delivery, first time using, would use again and recommend to others.

An all round excellent service! Highly recommended!

The product was good quality, well priced & speedy delivered. However it was not suitable for me & trying to contact them and return proved very difficult.

Nothing everything was spot on.

Good value for the money, it's plain and simple. Easy enough to put together. Exactly what we we wanted for the money

Excellent service, well packed & delivery on time

Parcel was left in the foyer of secure property as detailed.
