Excellent customer service
This is the second product I have purchased from SoBuy, and will not hesitate to order another, if I find something I like among the many innovative products they offer. The first was a kitchen island, and it is attractive and useful. But this product, their FRG109-II-W, Telescopic Clothes Rail FRG109-11-W, has not lived up to my expectations. There appears to be no way to tighten the vertical poles against the ceiling sufficiently to stop them slipping if, for instance, a child tried to swing on them. (As a child might do)
However, when I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they fully obliged, and even asked if I'd be willing to keep the product as a gift, to avoid having to arange shipping it back to them.
I was happy to accept this offer, and am giving the product a 3-star rating, even thought he product itself is not as good as it should be.

I ordered a chair and realised immediately that I’d ordered the wrong colour. I cancelled within a few minutes of ordering but both chairs still arrived and I had an email saying I had cancelled too late. I could have refused but I did in fact accept a very small refund and kept the second chair. Still unimpressed. The chairs are okay.
