Many appreciated the fast delivery, high product quality, and accurate custom cuts, noting that items arrived well-packed and undamaged. Customer service was generally responsive and resolved issues effectively. Additionally, products were considered competitively priced and offered good value. Some customers reported delays or courier issues with delivery, as well as occasional defects, damage, or warping in products. A few orders were received with incorrect or warped cuts. Good prices. There was an issue with the delivery missing a couple of items but this was resolved incredibly quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great product - Poor delivery Service
Great product, thicker and higher quality than expected. Delivery was the issue and item was over a week late despite having to pay for premium delivery (UPS)

Dear Matthew,
Thank you for your review and for flagging this. We're sorry to hear you cut your finger on the acrylic edge; that's not the experience we want for you, and your feedback about adding a safety warning to the packaging is genuinely helpful. We're glad the product itself was exactly what you needed, and we hope to help you with your next project soon.
Kind regards, Tara Plasticsheetsshop.co.uk

Disappointed experience when ordering polycarbonate product
A company based in Leeds Yorkshire ships its product from Netherlands via UPS. That was not clear on its website when ordering. My experience was that the cut out hole was not to dimensions required. In addition the delivery was delayed by 72 hours due to mis-sorting by UPS. After complaining I was sent a replacement however that too had incorrect dimensions for cut out. I have been forced to enlarge hole myself. It would have been useful to have been given opportunity to change dimensions in view of a + or - tolerance being applied to order which again was unclear to me.

Dear David,
Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any confusion regarding our location and shipping process. We are based in the Netherlands and dispatch orders from there.
We're sorry for the UPS issues and glad that we could get out a replacement to you to resolve this.
Regarding the cut-out dimensions, if any product received did not match the dimensions ordered, please do always let us know right away so that we can resolve this for you as this is not what we would expect and we strive to make any issues right.
Kind regards,
Tara
