Great products, had a problem when I tried to order online as the system would not recognise my address, so I called them and explained the problem I was having so the agent gave it a try and he had the same problem which he said he had never had that happen before, so he did the order for me and sent it too me to confirm and Pay, delivery was very fast.the glitch aside an excellent service and helpful staff.

Good as I expected

Ace company to do business with. Really good to have the customer support for getting the best fit and solution for my air conditioning unit. Tara and Sean were ace in helping me with any enquiries over the plastic sheet. Delivery was quick and excellent tracking and delivery options available. Plastic sheet is quality and well made. My advice is make sure you measure the window with enough for the Velcro.

I wanted a piece of plastic and I bought a piece of plastic - which has been duly received. However in this crazy topsy-turvy world that we live in I was blissfully unaware that as part of that financial transaction I am obliged to write about my experience. That being said the next time I need a piece of plastic I will reuse plasticsheetshop and maybe tell you more of my life ... chuckle (#willthatdo)

Fab bit of kitFab bit of kit. Delivered faster than the estimated time. I'm not sure I needed to add an extra half a centimetre to the diameter of the exhaust hose, but I'm very pleased with my purchase. Now, the portable air con unit works efficiently and cools down our lounge much faster than when we left the window open and covered the hose with the curtain.

Really Good, cheaper than tiles, and a lot less fuss, bit of No-Nails, Bit of Silicone and it's done in a day.Quick delivery and Clear invoicing, would use again.If i had one suggestion? it would be to include installation instructions would be really helpful, but there is enough info online, overall great product and great service, welldone!

Excellent customer service.I received…Excellent customer service.I received damage item and company straight away send me replacement.As I order panel for window air conditioning unit Hannah was guided me through how to measure as hole has to be cut out for hose from air conditioning unit.This company is second to none Highly recommend.Bless them all.

UPS lost the samples I paid forUPS lost the samples I paid for. So, not the plastic sheet shops failure. I did receive the offer of another set of samples or a full refund. However, I needed them two days later and if they couldn't acheive that then I would like a full refund. I received an email a few days later describing a refund. Customer services were quick to respond to my query. I didn't realise the samples I requested shipped out of their Eidhoven facility in the Netherlands. So I would check how long you may have to wait for your sheets. PS - they asked for a review otherwise I wouldn't have responded with what appears to be a 3star review. I don't think I could give higher than that. Its maybe a tad unfair....
