The website I downloaded the software from, was complicated and not at all user friendly. When the software was downloaded, it was a trial version which was supposed to become the full version once the product key was entered. Only it didn't. On top of which the software can only be accessed through their server platform - so if the company goes bust or the server goes down, then you lose access to the product you've paid a lifetime licence for. A complete waste of money. I will will warn everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

I could not get on with Office 365 which was already installed on my new laptop. I could not install my Office 2010 because there was no disc drive. I jumped at the chance of your product, paid the price but it could not be downloaded. I was cross and had no time to contact your company because I was due to take some minutes and get them out quickly. I went to my local computer shop and for £20 he got rid of 365. He used my Office 2010 disc and his separate disc drive to install it.

The product wouldn't load on my system. They originally refused to send me a refund. Then they sent me an affidavit to sign to say I wouldn't use the product. I couldn't do anything with the form coz it was PDF. Then they sent it as word but I was still unable to complete the form to return it....I ended up giving up and they still have my money for a useless product..

paid for item, it downloaded fine, would not accept registration number. emailed them on their email postbox full, can't get in touch, got refund from paypal. good old paypal. no problems there thankfully. contacted supplier of same goods and they said it wasn't an authorised copy so therefore they weren't interested.

You advertised for photoshop 2022 when I completed the sale I was directed to adobe website and the only licence etc was for 2023 - I needed the 2022 version as the 2023 will not run on my mac. A waste of my money. Not happy. To cancel the transaction would involve printing out a form and then posting it to Germany.

They didn't provide the download and I had to go elsewhere. Only once I complained, did they send me a link. By then, it was too late and they wouldn't refund me, even though I had not used their product. An appalling way to treat people.

still not able to download my software - I need someone to contact me to explain why the download code said it had already been used ? I either need my £78 back or someone to assist with me uploading the software. Regards, Nick Barton

Ordered a product that is no longer manufactured for Mac - so the product is listed for sale - downloaded fine but cannot install. Was NOT offered a refund; asked to fill in a form for a voucher - still NOT arrived. AVOID

It will not let me give ZERO stars, so one has to do, I purchased a mobile phone security package that wouldn't work correctly as it was old software! and when you want a refund, you have to jump through hoops! never again!

I found Audials difficult to use and not quite what i thought it would and i wanted to cancel but that seems to be a difficult if not impossible thing to do so not a happy chappy.

The dvd ripper will not copy all .. wants more money for another version. This needs to be made clear from the start..Bad purchase for me

Not sell products that don’t work in the UK to people in the UK. Honour your duty to reimburse for faulty products.

Most unhelpful. Not enough info about Bullguard takeover by Norton. I ended up paying twice.
