I had a small problem with activation of my program after a reinstall I connected Blitzhandle for advice They responded within hours requesting more details and a screenshot of my problem

The Publisher application that I purchased downloaded onto every drive EXCEPT my hard drive. It is now resident on my dvd where I cannot move, remove , open or delete it.
Chat support was useless. The downloading instructions told me to open the file on ACCESS which I don't have installed. Why was that not advised BEFORE I paid for it.
I was initially refused a refund but I've now been told that my money has been refunded. I asked several times for an app that would uninstall Publisher from my DVD drive and was sent an MS Office uninstall programme that they THINK can be tailored just to remove PUBLISHER.
Waste of time! The company needs to improve its customer pre purchase information , have support operatives that understand what to do when you tell them that what is happening in reality is not the same as the instructions on their pathetic Download Instruction Sheet!

I purchased a 1year subscription to Bullguard Internet Security from blitzhandel24.co.uk on 11 June 2022. When I attempted to install the product key, I was informed that Bullguard had ceased trading on 31 March 2022 and was now under the auspices of Norton Internet Security. Bullguard offered me a choice of three Norton products, for which I would have had to pay extra. I did not respond to this offer; instead, I downloaded an alternative and free security program which I am now using. My request for a refund has been refused, but blitzhandel24.co.uk do not seem to understand that the product they were selling me was actually no longer available. They have taken my money under false pretences.

They have sold me Dragon for use on a Mac knowing that it no longer works on a make unless one uses Parallels.
I only use Macs
They have not refunded my money yet and I can not use their product.
I consider that their behaviour is deliberately fraudulent because DMO has.not been supported on a Mac since 2018

First I was sent my product in the wrong language. When they sent it in the right language it wouldn't download. Then I was sent 'helpline' info - the phone number didn't exist and their version of TeamViewer wouldn't download. Wasted a lot of time and money with nothing to show for it at the end! Very disappointed and quite angry.

I ordered software. Downloaded it. Received instructions and link and was told I could cancel withing 14 days and receive key code within 24 hours. I didn't receive the keycode, cancelled following ALL instructions and recieved email telling me that because they'd ordered a keycode I couldn't cancel. When I challenged this I was told that some obscure box that I'd ticked in the order form removed my cancellation rights. After more than a week they have stopped replying to me and have still not sent me the keycode!

Everything was in German despite my applying in English, even when I phoned a voice said "If you want English press {a german number was said} so I didn't know what number to press. I ended up with no product so I need a refund of my money. They kept telling me what to do but none of it would work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! complete SCAM! gave me a code that can only be used in Asia!! And they refuse to refund me even though I haven’t used the code! They’ve also stopped replying to my emails. I will be opening a dispute with PayPal.
