I had a small problem with activation of my program after a reinstall I connected Blitzhandle for advice They responded within hours requesting more details and a screenshot of my problem

The Publisher application that I purchased downloaded onto every drive EXCEPT my hard drive. It is now resident on my dvd where I cannot move, remove , open or delete it.
Chat support was useless. The downloading instructions told me to open the file on ACCESS which I don't have installed. Why was that not advised BEFORE I paid for it.
I was initially refused a refund but I've now been told that my money has been refunded. I asked several times for an app that would uninstall Publisher from my DVD drive and was sent an MS Office uninstall programme that they THINK can be tailored just to remove PUBLISHER.
Waste of time! The company needs to improve its customer pre purchase information , have support operatives that understand what to do when you tell them that what is happening in reality is not the same as the instructions on their pathetic Download Instruction Sheet!

Not being very technical, I attempted to download the Avast security, which I bought. Unfortunately I was unable to do it, and being deaf, I contacted sales " "help", where I was informed to try a different contact, which again did not help.
I kept asking for help, but nothing was available for the hard of hearing.
I eventually, by chance, got a friend to assist me, where it was downloaded.
The programme was very good, but back up was very poor.
I have been asked if I want additional security, preventing outsiders accessing my account, and would like to buy it if Blitzhandle24 can supply & perhaps assist with instructions. Hopefully it would be easier to download

The product didn't work after download, and still hasn't, there were no instructions provided. On the plus side, one of the support staff has been quite helpful.

The order was fulfilled quickly, but the download instructions given by the site did not work. When I queried this with Blitzhandel I was simply advised to contact Wondershare direct. Fortunately their service was excellent and they sorted my problem quickly and courteously. I'm not sure, therefore, why one would even bother going through Blitzhandel. Not very impressed
