The Publisher application that I purchased downloaded onto every drive EXCEPT my hard drive. It is now resident on my dvd where I cannot move, remove , open or delete it. Chat support was useless. The downloading instructions told me to open the file on ACCESS which I don't have installed. Why was that not advised BEFORE I paid for it. I was initially refused a refund but I've now been told that my money has been refunded. I asked several times for an app that would uninstall Publisher from my DVD drive and was sent an MS Office uninstall programme that they THINK can be tailored just to remove PUBLISHER. Waste of time! The company needs to improve its customer pre purchase information , have support operatives that understand what to do when you tell them that what is happening in reality is not the same as the instructions on their pathetic Download Instruction Sheet!
