Review summary
Customers consistently praise the fast delivery, with many highlighting next-day or very prompt arrivals. The product is widely appreciated for its ability to improve air quality, remove odors, and operate quietly and efficiently. Many also commend the ease of setup and use, citing simple instructions and intuitive features. Quiet operation is a commonly praised aspect, especially at lower fan speeds. The product is perceived as offering good value for money, especially when discounts are available. Customer service receives positive feedback for being helpful and responsive in many cases.
However, some customers express frustration with delivery delays. Communication about order status, tracking, and shipping notifications is a common concern, with several noting a lack of updates or unclear information. Experiences with customer service can be mixed, with reports of slow replies, confusion about returns, and unhelpful interactions. A few customers mention that higher fan speeds can be loud, and there are occasional concerns about the high cost of filters and accessories.

I bought this unit to replace a smaller one that I have. I use it because I have a wood burner and often smoke emanates from door when loading with wood. Cleans air very well. In normal mode it runs quite silently and not too bad when fan speed increases which isn’t too long. The unit is very efficient and is economical to use as a low power rating. Well worth the asking price.

Very efficient service. Arrived promptly and just what I needed, as my usual supplier of my annual filter cassette seems to no longer stock it. Also cheaper than last time I bought from them. Great initial £10 discount. Would buy from again. Thank you :)

The product arrived damaged. I contacted them, and the initial customer advisors were pleasant, polite and helpful.
Then i waited days for a response. After several days I emailed, and received a response back the day before i finally called them back.
I was informed that I would have to bear the brunt of carrying this large item to a department store in order to return it. When I told them my disability prevents that, the woman on the phone brusquely told me to contact "family or friends".
I have no idea if they will honour my rights as a consumer, but i see no point in withholding my honest review so far, under these circumstances.
