My first lot of labels have lasted for 3 months, which was a bit disappointing. I have heard they have changed the glue and I have given them a new chance. In general I think it is a great product, the finishing, options and other settings. We never had any issues with the labels for my son's shoes I have to say, they are really resilient and resistant.

Brilliant product, exactly as desribed , very hard wearing sticker labels , do not move even after washing time and time again , shoes label also brilliant. I have ordered all my labels from them for the past 3 years and will carry on ordering.
the choices of designs are brill too and service is fast. Cannot comment on customer service as i never had an issue and never had to use it :)
