You ordered special items (not stock items), which we confirmed in our order confirmation dated 31 October 2025 at 16:38 with a delivery time of 13-15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Whether you order DHL Express or Standard has no influence on this. Perhaps this is why you are upset. However, this is no reason to give us such a negative review. Special order items always have a delivery time of at least 2-3 weeks, as published, because the goods are ordered from the manufacturer after receipt of the order and payment. We also explicitly informed you of this on 04.11.2025/11:57 and 04.11.2025/13:27 in response to your questions about when the goods would be delivered. The goods were shipped as planned on 20 November 2025 at 21:30 and delivered to you in the UK on 21 November 2025 at 13:50 (UTC).
