Great website I like the fact that you can choose just products or products on a model. Easy to order and arrived well packed and very quickly. I’m so pleased with my bras I’ve just ordered two more. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I was once a 34B but breast feeding three babies and now the menopause I’m wrestling with my hormones and am now a 36D!!. I literally couldn’t bear to look in the mirror but the minimiser bra had been fantastic giving me the look I’m after. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with being a 36D it just didn’t feel like me. I now love my shape and feel comfortable in my clothes. Another plus I’ve joined My Triumph for all the offers and free postage

My box was delivered by Evri. It had a large hole 4"x4" in the side so that the tissue paper surrounding the bras was visible. There was no note from Triumph showing an order summary in the box. Neither was there any Returns information relating to the address or how to make a return in the box. Neither did I receive a confirmation of my online order. I wrote an e-mail to state these facts. The reply was unsatisfactory and I still do not have a return address. Their telephone number goes dead when you phone it. (020 3544 0066). This is an international company, and their customer service is breath- takingly inadequate. Additionally, Their web site is very poor and needs to be redesigned. They need to update stock and sizes more frequently so as not to waste the time of customers. Evri was/is Hermes and is a very unsatisfactory way to send expensive underwear to customers. Send goods by any means but NOT Evri.

Terrible Service. I didn’t receive the item at all.When i phoned the online store the assistant was no help at all. She told me that couurier returned item due to a technical issue. No explanation. Ive had no refund and no explanitory e mail.

The Post Office has informed us that your parcel for the order could not be delivered.
This means that the shipping partner must have arranged for the parcel to be returned to us. For logistical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to redirect or resend the parcel.
If you would still like to purchase the items, please place a new order.
Of course, we have already arranged for a refund of the payment you have already made.

I was kept informed about when the delivery would be. Only thing that wasn’t right is that the parcel was left on my doorstep. It should have been left with a neighbour and I know that both neighbours were in at the time. I was there but must have been drying my hair at the time. The delivery company used should be changed. Ervin are totally unreliable for delivering things and regularly leave things on doorsteps. Use another company or the GPO.

Please use another Delivery Agent - my parcel arrived damaged as had been opened - was told by Evri that apparently this often happens as they just throw big parcels on top of other parcels - my white bra was no longer in the tissue paper it had obviously left Triumph in so goodness knows where it could have been lying in a warehouse!

triumph never fails
I love triumph products in terms of material, design. shape and quality. I usually buy my triumph bras from retailers like John Lewis but this time I ordered it directly from their website. The only reason i gave it 4stars is for the packaging. the box was half open and not secured at all when it arrived.

good clear pictures of the product modelled, easy check out. Also that you can do a search for a particular type of bra
What I dont like is that each style is not grouped together showing all the colours for that product in the same place. they are shown seperately with each different colour.

Customer service is good and responsive. However their courier service lets it down to such a degree that I decided not to exchange items but return them. Life is too short to chase deliveries from Evri that end up turning up damaged eventually. Has happened twice on consecutive orders

By the time I receive e mail offers however soon I peruse these offers they seem to have sold out but are still listed on the website. More accurate and regular updating of website would help.

The actual purchasing procedure went well/ however having to wait a week for the delivery is not really acceptable. I guess I could have paid for a priority delivery but because the total cost was quite a lot to find I decided to go down there snail delivery route.

Fantastic fitting bra
Easy to use website fantastic products just one issue I ordered a bra and it came in a huge box that was sealed with a bit of cello tape and had come half open the item could easily have feel out. What a waste it could have easily fit in a large jiffy bag

This is my second time using Triumph website. A variety of bras to choose from.,I particularly like the body makeup essential bra in nude beige. Perfect fit, very comfortable, smooth under clothes and does not show under a white blouse.

Excellent images of the products and clear descriptions. Also liked the options to check bra size either virtually or following information using a tape measure. Easy option for returns too if checking different sizes.

Absolute comfort
The website is easy to use. I know you can get Triumph products but it's all in one place here. The Customer Service is beyond good. And no-one makes underwear as practical and comfortable. So that's why I shop here.

A very handy pick up point
I used this pick up point for the first time and I had a very good experience. I'm glad this option to get my parcels delivered is available, because I'm rarely at home so home delivery is not convenient for me.

Website ok once I got used to it struggled at first. Not so impressed with the delivery company used as they left item on my bin outside when I had requested a safe place. Which appeared to have been ignored.
