The basic products are good and well made. However, the packaging of them leaves a lot to be desired as the plastic hangers on all the garments are not generally recyclable and are totally unnecessary. The paper labels sewed into the garment size label are badly sewn and very difficult to remove with damaging the label itself which leaves fraying. The plastic tags are also superfluous for garmens that are not going to be on display in shops. These may be small things on the one hand but it might be worth Triumph thinking a littkle more ecologically regarding its packaging and presentation

Returned item on 8th January 2022 and tracked delivery receipt shows item received by Triumph on 12th January 2022. Have emailed them 3 times including copy of tracking receipt and have still not received email from them acknowledging receipt of item … reply from them on 17th January 2022 saying I would get automatic email from them when return registered … what does that mean? They received it on 12th January and it’s still not been registered on 21st January … come on Triumph get your act in order!

Only received 2 items instead of 3 - called and spoke to someone who then referred the matter to someone else and am still waiting for a resolution - Also delayed delivery as they entered my address wrongly so had to chase that as well -

No feedback as to when delivery was to be expected Had to make my own enquiries without any answers and then the goods were suddenly delivered. Very poor customer service It took a little over 3 weeks for delivery.

I ordered underwear at end of March 2022. Still not received by April 21st 2022. I phoned and was told that I needed to phone the parcel carrier. I refused to do that as it is the responsibility of the company to ensure the parcel arrives at my address. So they are going to ask for the parcel to be returned to them and my money will be refunded. This last week I sent 2 e mails to Triumph. I had no response. I will not buy their products again.

I've sent for two different style of bra hoping they were the same as the bras I already have but as the description on line isn't very detailed I have been unsuccessful. On two occasions I have emailed them on their own system but received no reply. I am still awaiting a refund from my last order returned on 11 April, so that isn't an issue. I'm not complaining about the products at all they are excellent but a little more detail to identify items when reordering would be helpful. Pictures online aren't as clear as actually seeing them in a shop. Thanks

The packaging needs to be more secure. My order was delivered in an open box and minus most of the items. The process to get this rectified is confusing and tedious. Triumph gives one advice Parcel Force give a different advice. Since Feb 22 till today March 8 I still await a resolve to my missing order items. Very disappointed.
