The basic products are good and well made. However, the packaging of them leaves a lot to be desired as the plastic hangers on all the garments are not generally recyclable and are totally unnecessary. The paper labels sewed into the garment size label are badly sewn and very difficult to remove with damaging the label itself which leaves fraying. The plastic tags are also superfluous for garmens that are not going to be on display in shops. These may be small things on the one hand but it might be worth Triumph thinking a littkle more ecologically regarding its packaging and presentation

Returned item on 8th January 2022 and tracked delivery receipt shows item received by Triumph on 12th January 2022. Have emailed them 3 times including copy of tracking receipt and have still not received email from them acknowledging receipt of item … reply from them on 17th January 2022 saying I would get automatic email from them when return registered … what does that mean? They received it on 12th January and it’s still not been registered on 21st January … come on Triumph get your act in order!

I like the products, generally but delivery is often quite slow compared to other companies. My biggest concern however is the amount of plastic packaging. Every item on a hangar and it a plastic bag! Really not acceptable in this day and age. Hence only 3 stars

I've used Triumph for years, they're a trusted brand in my family. One of those companies where you feel fully supported in making what are important retail decisions. The website itself is OK, I found what I was looking for easily, found the bra I was looking for on clearance, always a good day. Then I was offered a 'gift' a choice of vouchers from other online retailers. A gift? My arse! Most of these vouchers are only redeemable if your are willing to sign up to regular subscription. There is no indication of this on the gift page where you have ability to choose from different retailers. Now whilst I'm very aware nothing in this life is for free and a voucher will always require a purchase, I object to being misled into yearly financial commitment. They email hassle you to use the voucher which seemed so lovely and was such a let down you decided to delete it. The voucher company email hassles you, suddenly everyone's got your inbox address, they don't just remind you once. And when you've just about had enough you get an invite to fill in a survey about the whole experience. I do hope the revenue from pissing off your customers was worth it. Trust broken.

Took a while for the items to arrive, I understand they come via warehouse in Germany although ordered on U.K. website. Needed to return two items, two weeks later been told refund could take up to 10-14 more days - a be patient email. Although the products are beautiful quality there are many places to buy Triumph from so probably wouldn’t buy direct from Triumph again.

Despite using Triumph's online sizing guide, I have not succeeded in finding a bra that fits me and have had to return several unsuccessful tries. On one occasion, having answered that my current size was too small in every dimension, the sizing guide then recommended that same size. I live in a town with no in-person trial available, so this is particularly frustrating.

I’ve been wearing Amourette for years, excellent. Keep receiving offers from Triumph this time was for £10 off . Oh dear, fell for it again ! Amourette are always excluded in offers come on Triumph, it’s about time you rewarded customer loyalty to increase your customer service rating.

Navigation is not that easy. I find it difficult to find my desired style and also adequate description of other styles. Offers are also not clear. Muddled with other items and not clear what is and how, on offer.
