Perfect delivery and return! Unfortunately, the shoe size was too big for me. I did notice that the stitching on the inside of the shoe was not nicely finished. I'm sorry, I can't add a photo of the poor workmanship. The shoe has already been returned. I received a free beach bag with the purchase of the shoes (summer promotion). It wasn’t clear to me if I had to return the beach bag as well. I did return it.

Simply everything: Service, clarity of the website, clear terms, beautiful, tasteful shoes that also have something for more elegant demands, wonderful quality, good, helpful tips on the website, easy overview of retail locations - unfortunately seemingly none in Leipzig, since I actually like to support stores and avoid online shopping -, super fast shipping, large selection, perfect fit for my feet - just like walking on clouds!

I like your product. I first discovered Wolky shoes in Foot Solutions in Plymouth in August 2016. Over the years since I have purchased up to 12 pairs in various designs, mostly online, as I seldom drive to the city these days. The design of your products suits my arthritic feet extremely well. The shoes are wide and supportive. The soft leather is wonderful. I sometimes struggle with ordering from anywhere online - not being very tech savvy. Daniella has been a great help recently and I am particularly relieved that the telephone link has been restored. I am now looking forward to the arrival of black Vitality trainers.

Fast delivery, good customer service (responds very quickly, my shoes had to be requested from the Netherlands and I was informed about that), I am very satisfied with the quality of the shoes (Mokola, Kansas). The website could only be a bit more user-friendly, for example by grouping all shoes with width H (etc.) and adding a filter function for faster searching. Absolutely thrilled – as always! I just received my new red sandals from Wolky and I am overjoyed! The shipping was super fast. I've known and worn this model for many, many years. They are extremely comfortable, the quality is fantastic, and the red is beautiful. Many thanks also for the lovely free beach bag that came with the order! That was a great promotion during the week. The fabric bag is very large and really well made. I am absolutely delighted! Absolute purchase recommendation!

I've been wearing these clogs for as long as they've been available here in the Netherlands. My special insoles fit perfectly in them, so I always wear them at home too. I prefer full leather because it can be polished well. On nubuck, I get stains too quickly that don't come out. I also prefer dark soles because I often forget to take them off outside. Light soles tend to get dirty quickly. I sincerely hope these clogs will be available for a long time to come. Kind regards, lia8h

Great shoes with perfect fit despite Hallux Valgus. Adjustable multiple times and perfect to fit. Feels like walking on clouds. I'm totally thrilled. This is just one of many pairs of Wolkys. So far 3x toe separators and 2x clogs. These new ones would also be great in dark purple. I would buy those immediately as well.

Good day, I have ordered several pairs of shoes, but unfortunately, apart from the sandals that fit well, all shoes, even the larger size, are too tight. I have a foot with a high instep, which is quite broad and unfortunately has a heel spur. Your shoes are beautiful and well-crafted. You write that they are suitable for many issues such as heel spurs, flat feet, and fallen arches, but unfortunately not for my foot. As I mentioned, it would be easier for many customers to select shoes, and for you to sell them, if they were more detailed in description, with measurements at the important comfort-carrying points. Ordered Wolky "Move". Ordered according to your size chart for assurance. These fit me well, but with other, flatter insoles. I have very narrow feet, yet they could have more toe space in the front. I am wearing them now with thin socks or barefoot. The many adjustment options with the Velcro are good. I hope the leather becomes softer. Otherwise, I am satisfied and this decision was GOOD! Wearing comfort "also okay!*

I have had Wolky Roll Moc ankle boots in various colors for many years, and I am extremely satisfied with them. My insoles fit perfectly in them. For summer, Roll Combi in various colors, I use them for years. Due to the insoles, I can't find anything at Wolky where you don't see the insoles, especially on the open side, open back is manageable, but front and side are not successful when you're dependent on insoles. Still very satisfied with what I've had for years and sometimes order new ones.

The toe cap/toe area in the ordered and received shoes are not the same as before - and in one pair the shoe shapes do not match each other either. In one pair, the right shoe has a squarer, roomier and more comfortable wide shape. In the left shoe, it is more elegantly rounded. Looks more elegant, that's true, - but it is by far not as comfortable for the toes - and comfort is the main reason for my order! In my opinion, the slightly square toe cap style is much more comfortable, roomier and fitting, and I have neither wide feet nor other problems to consider. Please keep your good comfortable (even after years) styles in the assortment. We customers would be very grateful for that. Thank you.

I am extraordinarily satisfied with Wolky's products. The craftsmanship of the shoes is good, the description of the individual shoes on the website is detailed, etc. I ordered three pairs of shoes and ended up keeping one pair (as is usually the case when buying shoes online). \nWhat I'm not satisfied with: Wolky does not pay for return postage. I didn't expect this at all, especially with shoe purchases where returns are common. Admittedly, it is indeed stated on the site. The return fees within Germany are covered, but in my case, the return postage from Austria was €25.\nI am actually also not satisfied with Wolky's customer service. When I called (still very inexperienced) to inquire about a return label, I became a little irritated upon learning about the self-paid postage and quickly mentioned being dissatisfied with customer service. The lady on the phone didn't want to let it stand and asked what had gone wrong with the customer service. That the company policy doesn't offer to pay the return postage is not a fault of customer service. I conceded but have since reflected a bit and must say that I still can't feel satisfied with Wolky's customer service. Here are my reasons:\n I will reproduce a part of the email correspondence:\nMe: Dear Wolky Team,\n\nI would like to return two of the three pairs of shoes in my order *******. However, there was no DHL label in the box that I could attach. Is it possible to print one? How should I proceed with the return?\n\nWolky: Good day Mr. ****\n\nPlease send the return to the following address:\n***\nBest regards\n\nI think it must have been clear to the employee that I mistakenly assumed Wolky would send me a return label to attach and that was it. Providing me with the minimal information (this is the correct address), knowing that I would face an unpleasant surprise at the parcel shop, is not good customer service for me. It should be aimed at anticipating and intercepting misunderstandings with the customer and not at a 'need to know' policy.

With the Roll Mocs and the summer shoes (e.g., Move), I can blindly pick size 40, always fit well and the quality is very good (as I am used to). Sometimes I have the shoes delivered to the store in Den Bosch; there is a very nice and competent lady there on Saturdays. I always leave the store satisfied and make a nice shopping day out of it.

Great service, reserve on the site and have it delivered to a nearby store so you can still try it on, which is very important if you don't have standard feet, so I was still able to purchase the shoes I wanted. And they fit great, the Chili! I will definitely buy another pair.

The quick delivery was exceptionally good, I urgently needed the shoes for a wedding. Unfortunately, the left shoe was stitched or shaped slightly differently, but you only notice if you look closely. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have exchanged them for a better version.

There was a quick response to my emails. The return was easy to handle and I think the refund will also go smoothly. I really like the goods. I also appreciated reading the name of the staff member who packed the goods. Unfortunately, the shoes are too small. I will reorder.

good support and footbed, small "minus" point that only a few models are available in my women's size 44. I've been a fan and wearer of Wolky for years but now due to foot collapsing I need increasingly larger (narrow) sizes.\n*Unfortunately, my order was returned by DHL because they changed the pick-up point to one that is unreachable for me. Now there's a big chance that these shoes will go back into stock and I won't have summer shoes this year because they were the last ones. Have to spend the summer on my only other pair, high with laces from the Why. How to wear those under a summer dress or shorts?? Skip vacation and summer due to a lousy delivery service?\n\n**After phone contact with Wolky, the returned package was intercepted and sent to me again, this time to my home. Great service. Unfortunately, all 4 pairs turned out to be too small. So returned again.

I especially like that Wolke also makes modern shoes for people with foot problems. I would like to see more summer shoes for people with Hallux Valgus or hammertoes. For some models for normal feet, for example, only a little more height of the front toe box would be needed and always very soft leather. SVR

Very nice that an old, trusted model is still being made and still fits very well, right on the first day. Ordered on Thursday, at home by Friday. A sturdy shoe that can last many years again. With my previous pairs, I always got at least 12 years. Quality means sustainability.

after much hassle with DHL AND WOLKY AND UNPACKING FROM ME, WOLKY SAID IT WAS DHL'S FAULT, DHL KNEW NOTHING, and it was almost 200 euros, THEY REFUNDED EVERYTHING. THANK YOU wolky, it is now May 26, received very sympathetic feedback from wolky, a pity they have shoes that are far too narrow for my feet because I find them SUPER, I CAN RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE
