Delivery and updates excellent. My only concern was (1)the boots were supposed to be wide fit ,unfortunately not .trying to return really hard work.twice been upto post office to return .1st time they said q r code not working. (2) had to go into town to have code printed ,still couldn't process at post office. Been onto customer service again to explain and was told would sort out in morning. I wait with baited breath. UPDATE.now recd a new coding, will try again .as for customer service you cant fault it .30th September. still awaiting refund .dont think they realise refunds can be done within minutes .

UPS delivery
Wolky use UPS to deliver and they did not deliver to my home address but sent a message to say it was with ‘Wine Cellar GB’ which was infuriating. I immediately emailed Wolky customer service, very cross, and they contacted UPS and have arranged for it to be collected and delivered to me at home. Not Wolky’s fault and full marks for sorting it out. I haven’t seen my order yet but am sure that I will be pleased with it as Wolky quality is always excellent.

Sandals fantastic great design orthotics an integral part of shoe- love them - every one comments on how good they look - sorted walking problem and plantar fasciitis 👏
Ankle boots- beautifully made - leather lined but orthotic part not integral to shoe - just added an orthotic insole - disappointed and therefore my foot did not fit the shoe - too tight - without fitted but no arch support 🫤
I didn’t pay all that money for an inner sole that I could buy separately- for that reason I did not give 5 stars.
Make the whole shoe with proper arch support- this is the whole problem trying to find good supporting shoes - inner soles don’t work 😶

Beautifully made shoes. So comfortable. I have lots of boots shoes and sandals. They last ages. I particularly like the fact that the uppers are leather and the LINING and INNERSOLE is leather instead of made made which are unhealthy in my opinion as one’s feet get hit and they aren’t breathable.

I have been buying Wolky shoes for 13 years first in store in Uk and now online. The shoes are of good quality and enable me to walk long distances . I had a problem with my feet and this was not possible before. The UPS delivery service is poor they delivered on Thursday without notifying me so they went back to depot. I waited in all day yesterday and today until 5.16pm when they were delivered. This was most inconvenient for me!
