Perfect shoes for me
I like your product. I first discovered Wolky shoes in Foot Solutions in Plymouth in August 2016. Over the years since I have purchased up to 12 pairs in various designs, mostly online, as I seldom drive to the city these days.
The design of your products suits my arthritic feet extremely well. The shoes are wide and supportive. The soft leather is wonderful.
I sometimes struggle with ordering from anywhere online - not being very tech savvy. Daniella has been a great help recently and I am particularly relieved that the telephone link has been restored.
I am now looking forward to the arrival of black Vitality trainers.

Really pleased with both purchases made over the last couple of months. The shoes and boots I chose enable me to use Wolky footwear rather than trainers I was initially directed to use post diagnosis with arthritis.
They support my feet and the cushioned and shaped soles and enable me to walk in comfort.

I have struggled for years to find shoes that I like that accomodate my foot shape and take orthotic insoles.
The improvement I would ask for? I am buying shoes from your XW range - but actually they are too wide! But your next wide shoes are too narrow! There is quite a difference between them …

I have have had issues being able to wear shoes for the last year having had my legs in compression bandages. My feet are much wider too now and these shoes have been literally life changing and Wolky have been brilliant with their customer service. Good communication with Wolky… helpful staff and quick to respond.I have difficult shape feet and Morton’s toe which is tricky to pair up.
Pity they are in Holland and no outlet here in uk. This means I sometimes have to wait a while for orders and also takes time for returns to show on credit card back. I end up sending more back than buying because of difficult feet. If they had a shop in the uk I would visit it to try on before buying. Please open a shop here… the shoes I have bought are very lovely indeed!

This is my third pair of Wolky - but the first ordered online.
I had not realised they would be sent from Holland, which of course adds to the delivery time... I only discovered this after I put in the order, and the confirmation message said 'a fortnight' - it was faster than that, however, I think the timespan ought to be highlighted sooner - we are all spoilt by Amazon!

Found Ordering with wolky an easy process, the area I find letting the overall
process down. Is the lack of communication on letting the customer know, at what stage in the dispatch cycle the order is currently at.
This leads to unnecessary contact to confirm status of placed order, so it would
help if the dispatch department could keep the customer informed and updated about their placed order at all times.

The boots/shoes are well made, with options for different foot conditions. Sadly, as I have 3 different conditions only the very widest shoes fit. It’s necessary to read the description carefully to find out which shoes are for wider than a D/E fitting. Would be great if this was a little more prominent. Brilliant, quality footwear for every foot, that lasts
Some of the highest quality footwear available. I am 63, with wide feet, bunion and foot arthritis which means custom-made orthotics/removeable insoles (ie my feet have 'special needs'!), and Wolky is just about the only company I've found - and i do look - that caters specifically for all this!
The quality also means that their stuff can last years and years, so in real terms not as expensive as they appear..
I love:
- the real leather insides they do - great for feet that sweat in synthetic ones!
- the bright, cheerful colours they often do, and in general their stylish designs, which however always prioritise comfort
- that their website has really good filters for searching for your particular foot needs, pretty much however non-standard
- that their staff are really helpful re stock levels, returns, and fit/suitability queries

Leather v Nubuck…
The website is good with lots of information. I would like more styles in leather so that they can be polished rather than unbuckle - I had Rollmoc in cherry nubuck which is lovely but for winter a smooth leather choice would be more weather proof.
Even better would be more shops which stocked wolky. Our local Norwich stockist doesn't actually stock them!

Feet large and misshapen
Feet large, Uk 10, one foot misshapen with bunion and hammer toe, Jewel sandals are perfect, and very sturdy too, the 9 1/2 size is fine in a sandal.
Bought Wolky boots in a 10, had them eased by a cobbler, wearing thick wool socks, I walk miles very comfortably

No shoes?
This is a difficult review to write, I have past good experience with Wolky shoes but it went wrong this time.
1. Ordering easy.
2. Payment taken immediately.
3. shoes not despatched from overseas warehouse for 9 days.
4. DHL failed to deliver shoes.
5. after 4 weeks they offered to start the delivery process again but I chose to take the refund, which I received a week later.
6. Customer Service (Daniela) was excellent.
7. From order day I received 3 requests for a review which was irritating in the circumstances.
Overall the 3 stars is a reflection of my disappointment and frustration. I never received any shoes to review.
