Review summary
Customers frequently praise the fast and reliable delivery, and support is widely described as responsive, helpful, and attentive. Most customers are satisfied with the product quality and highlight the effectiveness of the products in helping them reduce or quit smoking, appreciating the availability of nicotine-free options. Many reviewers also mention that the products and ordering process are simple and user-friendly. Taste is mostly enjoyed, especially menthol and tobacco flavors.
Some customers mention occasional delivery delays or suggest improvements for shipping. There are reports of issues like defective batteries, leaking pods, or problems with battery life. Several reviewers wish for more flavor options, note an unpleasant aftertaste as the cartridge nears empty, and desire more varied nicotine strengths, especially lower levels, to better customize their experience.

Fast delivery :-), the e-cigarette has a nice shape like a real cigarette. The battery easily lasts three days
The flavors menthol and tobacco are very good.
It's just a pity there are no more flavor options.

Fast delivery, I think it's very good that you check the age! I would have wanted that in my youth too 😉 If these "fruit flavors" were also available with nicotine, I would definitely buy it sometime.

I love your products. And such a seamless process to get them. My only issue this time was my battery just quit working after only used it 2 times. It won’t charge at all. I Ty all for the best experience ever with getting my e-cigarettes. JM ;)

I am a non-smoker. But I am glad that I was able to get my wife to smoke nicotine and paper-free. She had a stroke, and it's only then you realize what you've done wrong.

I like the idea of buying in bulk so I don’t have to go out and get them. Everyday. The case is sleek compared to store bought ones. I have a silver cartridge and I don’t like it. I have trouble inserting the pod. Order on line and you receive them in a week or so depending where you live.
