Delivery massively delayed (partially due to Brexit) - many vendors were able to deliver wine to the UK much faster. Customer service were unresponsive and provided little information. Will avoid in future.

Delivery. Gave the choice of receiving the original wooden boxes from the chateau which was nice. Thank you
