Disappointing delivery process

I am disappointed as: - Delivery company does not deliver on week-end (Amazon?) - Delivery company does not provide the delivery time window before delivery day (it is only provided on the day), so can’t plan things (Amazon?) - Delivery company was late (not by much), and therefore did not deliver as per said timeframe (Amazon?) - Products were delivered in very good condition, so perfect here. - If delivery can’t be organised on WE, I might stop using Millesima.

Misleading Promotion Codes

There were two discount options which implied I could use them as my basket came to over £500 but neither were actually available for me to use. The explanation I was given was because I already had a discounted case in my cart but the other case was over £300 without any discount yet I could still not use the code. I have given a low score because I felt this was incredibly misleading. The wine was outstanding but we have bought this from the vineyard in the past and already new that to be the case.
