Millesima listed a particular sauterne that I wanted, with a range of vintages available at reasonable (as these things go) prices. Ordering was easy and communication from the company was great. Obviously it took a while to arrive, but when it did this was within the projected time scale given when I placed the order. A great service from them.

Had a corked £60.0 bottle of Châteauneuf. Part of a 6 bottle set. Raised an email asking how to deal with it. Took 3 weeks and several reminders and phone calls to get an answer. Eventually they asked me to return the corked bottle to France at my cost and they would taste and then decide. Ridiculous. You can’t sell and deal with fine wines this way. Too much risk.

Exceptional selection of wines, especially Bordeaux. The choice of vintages is a big plus. Occasional offers aid affordability, for the aspiring collector.
A slightly wider and more affordable range of 2nd wines would be appreciated. for example Charmes de Kirwan.
Packaging is very good, and careful delivery, by LCB, in the UK, is appreciated.
