I really like the menthol pods, although I did have a problem with one pod in my pack, it was not working, I contacted Ezee via email, I was sent a video on how to make the pod work by pressing the pod in very hard of which I did it did work for two puffs then had to redo the attempt it worked for another two puffs I attempted pressing it hard in again it worked for only two puffs I repeated this attempt 8 times then thought this attempt will damage my device if I continue pressing the pod in hard, I then disposed of that pod and used another pod. I hope I don’t for-see this problem again as do not want to keep throwing away pods that are full of liquid it is a waste of money.

I placed an order on Sept 6th or 5th. Tracking says it shipped and went out on the 7th from Louisiana. Today is the 13th. USPS tracking has not changed and I have yet to receive my order.
