WARNING: Fraudulent practices, breach of contract, and deceptive customer serviceI placed an order for cosmetics with IDA Beauty UK in January, and to this day (months later), I have neither received my products nor my money back. After the order was placed, I received an email saying the delivery would be delayed. This was a deliberate tactic to stall until the 30-day statutory cancellation window and my bank's chargeback period had expired. Once they knew I could no longer dispute the payment through my bank, their customer service completely changed. They ignored my emails and, when contacted via WhatsApp, they legally violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by claiming they "could do nothing because the problem was with the courier" and I was the one who should contact them to sort this issue. Under UK law, the retailer is fully responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer. To make matters worse, whenever I demanded my refund, they kept sending the same printscreen of an Excel spreadsheet showing ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ with the excuse they were still waiting on the courier to deliver back the products. Finally, after another contact made by me this evening and stating I was escalating this to international consumer authorities, all the history of the purchase and chats suddenly “reappeared” and they promised a quick fix. This company is acting in bad faith, using delays to trap consumers outside of their banking protection windows. Do not buy from them. I have formally escalated this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland and Trading Standards.

Nao comprem! Comprei um supercofee no dia 07/03. Dia 17/03, recebi um e-mail da transportadora avisando que o item seria retornado devido a um incorrect label. No dia 20/03 recebi a confirmacao de que minha mercadoria foi devolvida com sucesso. Porem, elas NUNCA me contataram. NUNCA se preocupam em pelo menos procurar a mercadoria. Todas as vezes que tentei contata-las, elas dizem que esta em transito ainda. Ah sim, eu ja recebi a confirmacao, ja mandei pra elas e se trata de Irlanda - UK. Um dos atendentes ainda me disse "mas essa eh a informacao que a gente tem". Um descaso absoluto! Hoje eh 30/04 e sigo sem respostas.

I had always been a loyal customer of Ida Beauty and never had any issues in the past, which is why I trusted the store. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a product that arrived with a noticeably smaller quantity than expected. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to return the item — but I couldn’t do that because I needed to use it for a trip this weekend. Despite not returning the product and without any prior agreement, they refunded me only £4 — a ridiculous amount considering what I paid and the inconvenience caused. I truly didn’t expect the store to handle the situation this way, especially with returning customers who have trusted their service before. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose confidence in the brand. I hope they reconsider how they handle these kinds of situations and show more respect toward their customers.

Não comprem nesse site! Eu fiz uma compra e elas não são baratas o site diz que chega de 3-5 dias a minha compra tem 1 mês e nada, mando mensagem e nada ninguém nem se preocupa em dar informação, já é a segunda vez que isso acontece. Desapontada.
