I ordered online around 5.30 on a Friday evening, I received a call the following Monday morning to let me know the tool was ready for collection. I arrived about 10.45 am and was on my way by 11.15am, no fuss just in and out.

Shopping experience was very good. Good communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately let down by the product, but that's not their fault.

How reviews work at Trusted Shops
You’ll find three types of reviews on Trusted Shops company profiles. Verified reviews have been collected by companies while being a Trusted Shops member, and have been verified. Reviews without a label have been written proactively by users and haven’t been verified. Companies can choose to add reviews from other review platforms to their company profile. These are marked as imported and aren’t included in the overall rating. Imported reviews are not verified.
