Very pleasantly surprised!
I must admit I was slightly concerned at all the negative reviews and really didn’t know what to expect. The colour description of the Ralph Lauren bag wasn’t very accurate and I was solely going on the photograph. Plus the discount was huge, so I was more than a little wary.
However, the bag arrived quicker than I expected and the bag is absolutely stunning. I actually think it’s one of the best bargains I have ever purchased.
I will most definitely use Fashionette in the future!
Charged twice for delivery. £27
The item I ordered was a good value and well packaged, however I was charged twice for delivery to UK. First time when I ordered the item I paid £10, and then second time when the company UPS was trying to deliver my item they charged me another £17.99 for delivery! So it worked out not a good value afterall. When I contacted customer service they didn’t solved the problem.
Need to up their game again
Being a Customer for years, last two orders absolutely horrendous, I do understand that they are a platform to sell items from different businesses.
When a problem does occur, it takes so long for Customer Services Escalations Team to make it right. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
This happened to me a couple of months ago, given company the benefit of the doubt, and here we are again, different issue, same problem.
The only critisism i have which was quite disappointing was that the soles looked dirty like theyd been worn
