This is a fabulous online retailer. They stock an excellent range of products, descriptions and sizes are accurate, images are great. I like their honest pricing and that they offer realistic offers. Delivery to the UK takes around 10 working days, I would completely expect this as the UK is no longer part of the EU. It is amazing Fashionette offer free delivery to the UK. I would prefer them to use another courier rather than UPS whose systems are not user friendly: While it is easy to track your order UPS insist you register an account to change a delivery day. I wasted ages doing this only to find a fault on UPS’s system meaning my tracking number was not recognised even though I’d copied and pasted it from their own tracking page! No one should need to register an account with a courier to amend a delivery day, no other courier require this: There are no customer service advisers/team members to reach out to at UPS, just AI bots. I would rather pay for delivery and have a better courier experience.

I have awarded 1 star as there was no option for zero stars, the follow up customer service from this retailer was terrible, My order was returned and I received confirmation that the refund was processed and to expect the money back in my account within 14 days - we are now on day 24 and I still have not received my money back, I contacted customer service and just kept getting the same reply - "its been processed" I even went through trusted shops who are supposed to help in these situations and provided evidence that the refund has not been received but they found in favour of the retailer! I am now going down the route of chargeback through my credit card company, total joke of a company
