Avoid this Wombatleather on line shop, awful “service”. Ordered a belt on line on Sunday 5 Oct pm and paid extra to have initials engraved for a present, plus Tracking 24 to get the engraved belt to me on time, total extra £7.50 on top of standard belt costing £12.99. Wombat dispatched the belt to me Monday am which seemed a very quick engraving turnaround. I therefore e mailed Wombat on Monday asking them to please ensure engraving was done, as I ordered and paid for, as it was a present. A reply from a “Debbie/Debs” was sent to me with a receipt for a belt with no engraving at £12.99, despite my card provider confirming I had been charged the extra £7.50 by Wombat. I e mailed Debbie stating the belt was a present and no good, therefore, without the engraved initials so can she confirm the engraved one will be sent to me by Wednesday and forward me a paid envelope so I could return the one sent to me; without this I advised I would need to block payment and raise a dispute as I had been overcharged. No further correspondence received from Wombat . Accordingly my card provider has blocked payment and a formal Dispute has been raised. What awful service that not only stopped me giving the present I had ordered but could have been avoided by my reaching out to Wombat to avoid this happening. This Company clearly don’t car about Customer Service, including when one is relying on them to provide Goods as Advertised for a present.

Quality coat and prompt delivery.

Arrived better than described, very well made hat, far better quality than my now redundant Stetson. Cleaning and care instructions would have been nice but that's a minor detail.

I bought the wax cotton wide brimed hat, the fit and feel of the hat was great. It even came in a pull string bag, and a discount for other purchases.

Shoulder bag needs one more stud . So elastic strap fits better
