Reviews:

Customers consistently praise the excellent, reliable, and welcoming customer service provided by the team. Many reviews highlight the wide and high-quality selection of wines and spirits available. Delivery is frequently mentioned as prompt, reliable, and well-communicated. Customers find the ordering process simple and straightforward, especially for gifts and vouchers. Staff are often described as friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, contributing to the positive experience. Although communication with the company is generally described as clear, quick, and helpful, one customer found it lacking. There are also rare exceptions of courier delays.
