Feedback is mainly related to delivery of product. UPS scheduled the delivery for 23/05/2026 and UPS delivery driver did misleading log of delivery attempt on the that day. My house has cameras all around and there is no video recording of delivery driver's attempt on that day. Evidence of video recording can be provided upon request. I would like to file a complain about this delivery driver for his unprofessional exercise of responsibility and misleadingly logging of delivery attempt. I would advise you to reconsider your contract with UPS delivery company.

Super easy battery exchange. The video was very helpful. I didn’t pull the battery tabs to release the battery, I just put tiny drops of the Isopropyl Alcohol along the side of the battery so it would work it’s way underneath to the glue and after a few minutes the battery could move freely to be lifted out. Much easier than struggling with the annoying tabs which tend to break.
