Staff eager to help and prompt delivery. The only slight problem I found was, if the frames placed on the cable and hooks is light then the cable tends to ride up. Maybe a little weight at the end of the cable would solve this.

I ordered a STAS system and got a call a couple of days later from the shop asking if I was sure I'd ordered all of the right componenets, as some of them didn't work together. The woman helped me get my order right, which ended up being £20 less than I'd originally spent. They refunded me and shipped my order that day, and the system arrived the next day. It was straightforward to install and works great. Very happy customer.

Extremely efficient (eco recyclable packaging) processing, despatch and delivery every time. Even for small follow up orders. Still think some kind of weight to attach to the end of perlon cords would be a great addition to what is available (if someone can put their design hat on). We would prefer the hanging end to be straight and weighted.. A choice of white coated hooks would also be useful but a great system for us.

The stas minirails look good and are easy to install However the distance from the ceiling suggested in the instructions is too small for a drill to fit and bore the hole. We had to install the rails at a more comfortable 5 distance from the ceiling. Also we tested for electrical cables before drilling. The final result is really nice

Excellent product. I bought some perlon cords and springs. I have recently moved to a house with picture rails and these are perfect for hanging pictures ets without spoiling the walls. So discreet, too. Will definitely be buying again.
