Staff eager to help and prompt delivery. The only slight problem I found was, if the frames placed on the cable and hooks is light then the cable tends to ride up. Maybe a little weight at the end of the cable would solve this.

Just ordered more rail to extend existing. When delivered and unpacked I find the profile has changed and is wider than existing !!

Not easy to fit. Cords had to be soaked in hot water to straighten them because they were so curly they kept jumping off the track. Clips difficult to adjust so they face the right way. End result is good, providing the pictures are not too lightweight as cords won't straighten.

Hi John thank you for your feedback, you should not have to soak the cords, the cords are supplied to us curled up which saves cost to us and the customers. The cords will correct once weight is on the cords as they will be forced to have the right way when you have a frame on the hooks. We do suggest using 2 cords and hooks if you have difficulty hanging or getting the items straight. I hope you find success with the hanging. Hooks are far too expensive. Need to slide hooks off bottom of rods - awkward if there is another picture below.
