Staff eager to help and prompt delivery. The only slight problem I found was, if the frames placed on the cable and hooks is light then the cable tends to ride up. Maybe a little weight at the end of the cable would solve this.

Hi Graham, so sorry for the delay to your order. I can see there was a delay to the dispatch of your order which we notified you about which meant there was a small delay to the dispatch of your order. The reviews go out about a week after ordering. I can see your order was dispatched on the 2nd. We will chase this up with the courier. We do say that orders should be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Once you have received the order I do hope you might reconsider the 1 star rating based on the products and customer service. I believe my colleague has picked up and emailed you personally.
